Secure, Space Saving Design - Small box is great for small units or tight spaces. Mounting bracket can only be accessed when the door is open. Temperature Stability - Specifically designed stacking method ensures payload remains at the correct temperature during transport. System is made of an EPS inner box and reusable biochill cold packs (20535 and 20536 have four packs, 20537 has six packs). Container is intended for single use.

Temperature Range - Contents will remain at 2º to 8ºC (35.6º to 46.4ºF) for 48 hours (20535) or 96 hours (20536 and 20537) when used as directed. Step-by-step instructions help ensure payload is correctly packed.

Monitor On-the-Go - Use with products that require refrigeration during transport. Choose the best exposure strip for your temperature application.

HCL Packout System, Cold Packs & Divider Sets

Emergency Transport - Provides a proven solution for emergency vaccine transport. Cooler and contents have been tested to meet vaccine transport guidelines set forth by the CDC.

Economical - Contents are reusable to save supply replacement costs.

Smart Packs - Cold packs are semi-rigid foam bricks that prevent a change in shape during freezing, thawing or transit and maintain designated packing configurations throughout transport. Two packs included with the 7-quart system; three packs included with the 16-quart system; replacement pairs sold separately.

Content Protection - Corrugated dividers separate cold packs from payload (vaccines or other drug supply) to ensure contents don’t freeze during transport. Two dividers included with each system.
