EZ Grid® System Patent Pending Precise Alignment, Every Time - Designed to ensure users consistently achieve precise label-to-blister alignment for less hassle and less waste.

Interchangeable - Components include a sturdy aluminum frame; HDPE inserts (Round, Slot and Square); Amber and Green Class A and Class B blisters; and Class A and Class B labels. All pieces are interchangeable and a la carte so users can order only those that apply to their operations.

Repackaging Simplified - Round and Slot blisters and labels are each available in multiples of 25 for convenient tablet repackaging. Because the blister and label counts for all “like” components match, there are no unused pieces and no waste to discard.

Proper Use: Blisters and Labels - Class A or B Blister/Label combo meets USP <671> Performance Testing updated December 1, 2020. Class A or B package requirements - Class A when used with 6500, 6501 and 6502 blisters; Class B when used with 6503 blisters.

Labels - Meets the definitions for a tamper-evident package as found in 21 CFR 211.132.(b)(1) and USP/NF <659>.

EZ Grid® Applicator Frame Cornerstone Component - Aluminum frame features 2 locator pins and holds 1 insert to precisely align matching blisters and labels for neat application every time.
