Increasing Post-Conviction Options and Access for Victims of Crime OVC Grant #15POVC-22-GK-03561-NONF OUR FOCUS Cases in which convictions or sentences are being reconsidered post-conviction by specialized conviction or sentencing review units. The lessons learned, resources created, and recommendations developed will be applicable to post-conviction victim services more broadly, with the purpose of increasing options and access for all victims in the post-conviction setting.

OUR GOAL To build on previous post-conviction work by laying the foundation for comprehensive post-conviction victim service interventions at national and local levels. This will be achieved by providing recommendations, training modules, and models for post-conviction service delivery around the country, and by implementing and piloting tailored training for three sites with active conviction and sentence review.
