• Seller promotion: 1.5% Seller's agent commission of the transaction closing amount for houses under $1M, and 1.25% for houses over $1M.
• Buyer Cash Back: Buyers are eligible for a cashback of up to 1% of the transaction closing amount, provided that the offered Co-op remuneration is 2% or more
• Additional Offer: This offer includes a property valuation, tips for staging suggestions, de-cluttering, and organization planning for the best viewing of the property.
