Eligibility: This promotion is not intended for Seller(s) and/or Buyer(s) who are currently under contract with another Agent/Brokerage.
Promotion Provider: This promotion is provided solely by the Agent and not by the brokerage.
Seller promotion: 1% Seller’s agent commission of the transaction closing amount, capped at $10,000
Buyer Cash Back: Buyers are eligible for a cash back of up to 1% of the transaction closing amount, provided that the offered Co-op remuneration is 2% or more.
Donation: A donation of 0.1% of the transaction closing amount capped at $1000 will be remitted to HDCH (Hamilton District Christian High).
Disbursement: All cash back and donations will be collected and remitted 5-10 business days after the successful closing of the transaction.
Promotion Period: This promo code is a limited offer and will end on December 31, 2024.
