CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation requests must be received by email to membership@hdassoc.org at least 30 days before the annual meeting date to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment form received: Credit card payments will be refunded to the card on record. Payments received by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the annual meeting.

In the event that the HDA Annual Meeting has to be cancelled notification will be made and a full refund will be provided to those who have already paid the registration fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation notification.

The Hispanic Dental Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
