To vote in the General Election on November 8, you must register to vote by 5 p.m. October 11. For more information, visit the Bernalillo County Clerk’s web page, www.bernco.gov. Absentee Voting Absentee ballots will be mailed to individuals who have successfully filed an application beginning on October 11 and will continue through 5 p.m. November 4. Absentee ballots must be returned to the Bernalillo County Clerk’s Office or to a polling location by 7 p.m. November 8. Early Voting
