Tras semanas llenas de tintes políticos, con las pasadas Elecciones Generales, y antes de comenzar a comernos el turrón hace falta poner las luces largas y proyectar, en materia económica y de servicios, lo que se espera y necesita para el próximo curso. Ese planteamiento llega justo de la mano con la presentación de los Presupuestos Municipales en San Roque para el año 2020 en el que el apartado “Inversiones” parece tener un papel fundamental (dentro de un plan repartido para los próximos cuatro años).

After weeks full of politics, with the last General Elections, and before getting started with the Christmas turrón nougat, we need to put on our headlights and plan ahead, in terms of finances and services, to what awaits and is needed for next year. This approach comes hand in hand with the presentation of the Municipal Budgets in San Roque for 2020, where the “Investments” section seems to play a crucial role (within a plan spread over the next four years).

En total, está previsto que la partida de inversiones municipales superen los 18 millones de euros en la vigente legislatura, de los cuáles, algo más de cuatro se emplearán a lo largo del próximo calendario que está a punto de comenzar. Son varias las propuestas sobre la mesa, algunas muy interesantes, además de las clásicas de mantenimiento y conservación de las infraestructuras actuales (remodelaciones, plan de asfaltado, renovación de espacios públicos, etc.).

Entre ellas, destacan dos que llaman primorosamente la atención por su vinculación con el Valle del Guadiaro. Por un lado, una de las promesas electorales del actual equipo de gobierno en la última campaña municipal en la que proyectaba un teatro para la zona de Sotogrande y el Valle del Guadiaro. En una reciente entrevista con el primer edil, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, en este medio sostenía que todo estaba en marcha y que faltaba dirimir en qué parcela realizar el proyecto. Bien en una cercana al estadio de La Unión de Guadiaro, la predilecta en Alcaldía, y otra a la entrada de Sotogrande, junto a Supercor.

In total, the municipal investment item is expected to surpass 18 million Euros for the current legislature, of which, slightly over four will be used over the coming year which is about to begin. There are various proposals on the table, some of which are very interesting, in addition to the classic proposals for the maintenance and conservation of current infrastructures (remodelling, paving plan, revamping of public spaces, etc.).

Among them, there are two that are exquisitely striking due to their links to Valle del Guadiaro. On one hand, one of the electoral promises of the current government team in the last municipal campaign, in which it planned a theatre for the Sotogrande area and Valle del Guadiaro. In a recent interview with the mayor, Juan Carlos Ruiz Box, in this newspaper, he outlined that everything was underway and that a decision on the plot for implementing the project had to be made. Either one close to the stadium of La Unión de Guadiaro, preferred by the Mayoral Office, and another at the entrance to Sotogrande, next to Supercor.

La otra, es la creación de un paso peatonal elevado sobre el río Guadiaro que conecte las barriadas de Guadiaro y San Enrique.

Una demanda vecinal que viene de lejos y que además de aliviar el paso entre ambos núcleos sería un reclamo turístico y de paso obligado en diferentes rutas y senderos de la zona. Una novedosa actuación y seguro gozaría de gran acogida en la zona.

The other, is the creation of a raised pedestrian crossing over the Guadiaro River which connects the neighbourhoods of Guadiaro and San Enrique. This is a longstanding request from neighbours and in addition to easing the journey between both towns, it would be a tourist attraction and an obligatory stop on different routes and paths in the area. An innovative action that would surely be warmly welcomed in the area.

La cuestión es la siguiente, ambos proyectos, los más golosos del programa electoral del PSOE para el Valle del Guadiaro, ¿cuándo estarán definitivamente en marcha? ¿Tendremos que esperar al último año de legislatura, a meses de las próximas elecciones para que vean la luz? Esperemos que no, seguiremos muy de cerca el avance de ambos proyectos.

The question is as follows, both projects, the most appetising from the electoral program of the PSOE for Valle del Guadiaro, when will they definitively be underway? Will we have to wait to the last year of the legislature, to moths from the next elections for them to get the green light? We hope not, we will very closely follow the progress of both projects.

Nos espera un emocionante curso An exciting year lies ahead Puestos a mirar el vaso medio vacío o lleno, con total sinceridad, me motiva e ilusiona más mirar en positivo y hacia el futuro. De poco o nada vale quejarse o relamerse de las oportunidades cedidas en el actual año 2019, en cuanto a posibilidades de crecimiento y expansión que toda esta zona se dejó por el camino.

Proyectos públicos y privados que finalmente se quedan en el cajón y que han dejado un último trimestres algo pobre y huérfano de contenido y sentido para lo que pretende y consideramos que es Sotogrande: un destino único en el mundo a nivel turístico y residencial de alto nivel.

Más allá de la nostalgia, en Grupo HCP, preferimos apostar por el determinismo y la acción que impulsa un cambio de inercia. Por un lado, trabajando por nuestra propia cuenta para promoción de la zona (en estas semanas hemos organizado la Gran Final del VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande y estamos ya preparando la undécima edición del Foro Empresarial Sotogrande, que celebraremos el próximo 12 de diciembre en el Real Club Valderrama, misma sede que la final del circuito); y deseando dar cobertura y mostrar la acciones de terceros. De las cuales, presentamos un buen puñado en esta edición.

Por un lado, animar a la inversión y puesta en marcha de importantes proyectos en la zona, a ello dedicamos nuestra portada en este penúltimo número del calendario. Sotogrande afronta un importante y emocionante año 2020 plagado de cifras rimbombantes y con un claro objetivo: elevar el nivel en todas las escalas. La importante remodelación integral del Hotel Almenara, la fuerte apuesta de renovación de San Roque Club en su Casa Club y el recorrido Old Course; importantes proyectos inmobiliarios como Hoyo 17, Taylor Wimpey o el desarrollo de La Reserva y los planes de expansión urbanística de Sotogrande S.A.. Así como el destacado paso al frente que da el Colegio Internacional de Sotogrande con la inversión de más de 5 millones de euros en dos nuevos edificios (residencia de estudiantes y nuevo módulo para Secundaria), lo que elevará su capacidad de alumnado de mil a mil cuatrocientos. Todo ello, unido a estrategias como la conversión de La Marina de Sotogrande a Entidad Urbanística de Conservación o el desarrollo de la zona de Los Pinos, por parte de Santa María Polo Club, nos empuja hacia un año apasionante.

No quisiera finalizar sin puntualizar un poco más sobre el último nombre citado pero con una cierta novedad. Además del polo, Santa María crece hacia el Equestrian Club (SMEC), como consecuencia de la fuerte apuesta por la hípica en Puente de Hierro y en concreto con los Concursos de Salto como gran baza para ampliar el calendario ecuestre en Sotogrande y tratar de romper la estacionalidad. Una importante iniciativa que seguro tendrá buena acogida en la zona y que veremos, este fin de semana con su estreno, las numerosas posibilidades con las que cuenta. El primer paso de los muchos que nos esperan en los próximos meses. Seguiremos atento e informando.

With the choice of viewing the glass as half empty or full, honestly, I more motivated and excited to have a positive outlook and look to the future. There is little or no point in complaining or lamenting lost opportunities that the area missed out in terms of possible growth and expansion in 2019. Public and private projects that were ultimately shelves and that have left Sotogrande a little poor and orphaned in the last quarter in relation to what we consider it to be: a unique destination worldwide at a tourism and high-level residential level.

Beyond the nostalgia, at HCP Group, we prefer to commit to determinism and action that drives a change of momentum. On one hand, we work on our behalf to promote the area (in recent weeks we have organised the Grand Finale of the VII Sotogrande Golf Circuit and we are now preparing the eleventh edition of the Sotogrande Business Forum, which we are holding on 12 December at Real Club Valderrama, the same venue as the circuit venue); and we want to provide coverage and display the actions of third parties. Indeed, we present a good handful of them in this edition.

On one hand, we wish to encourage the investment in and launch of important projects in the area, and we are devoting our cover of this penultimate edition of the year to that. Sotogrande faces an important and exciting 2020 full of dramatic figures and a clear objective: to raise the bar on all levels. The important integral remodelling of Hotel Almenara, the big commitment to revamp the Club House and Old Course at San Roque Club; important property projects such as Hole 17, Taylor Wimpey and the development of La Rserva and the urban planning expansion plans of Sotogrande S.A. As well as the notable step forward taken by Sotogrande International School with the investment of more than 5 million Euros to two new buildings (student residence and new Secondary unit), which will increase its pupil capacity from one thousand to one thousand four hundred. All of this, along with strategies such as the conversion of Sotogrande Marina to the Urban Conservation Entity and the development of the Los Pinos area, by Santa María Polo Club, drives us towards an exciting year.

I wouldn´t want to end without elaborating a little more on the last name mentioned but with a slight modification. Santa María is changing one of its initials to the Equestrian Club (SMEC), as a consequence of the strong commitment to riding at Puente de Hierro and specifically, to Show Jumping Competitions as the great ace to extend the riding calendar in Sotogrande and try to break away from seasonal activity. This is a significant initiative that will surely be warmly welcomed in the area, and this weekend with its unveiling we will see its many possibilities. The first step of the many that await over the coming months. We will remain attentive and informed.

El establecimiento hotelero de referencia en Sotogrande anuncia su cierre temporal para acometer un importante proyecto de remodelación que lo convierta en uno de los complejos de más alta calidad en la Costa del Sol Manuel Gil

El Hotel Almenara cierra sus puertas por renovación Un punto y seguido, para mejorar, en la historia hotelera de Sotogrande. El Hotel Almenara ya ha llevado a cabo el cierre temporal de sus instalaciones (se trataba de un secreto a voces, ya anunciado con anterioridad pero que permanecía a la espera de producirse), para acometer un importante renovación integral y estructural de sus instalaciones que lo eleven hasta convertirse, según ha re-

latado en varias ocasiones la empresa matriz de Sotogrande, en uno de los establecimientos hoteleros de mayor nivel de la Costa del Sol. Así lo relataba en un comunicado el propio hotel, a través de sus canales de Redes Sociales: “CERRADO POR RENOVACIÓN. Queridos invitados, estamos trabajando en un nuevo concepto de alojamiento para ofrecerle una experiencia

única. Hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar, manténgase actualizado y suscríbase a nuestro boletín informativo”, matiza el anuncio.

Hace cerca de dos años, Marc Topiol, CEO de Sotogrande S.A., ya anunció en la Feria Internacional de Turismo de Madrid (FITUR), durante su intervención en el pabellón de la Diputación de Cádiz, los planes que la compañía tenía para el

hotel, con el fin de elevar su calidad y relevancia internacional.

Estos planes de reforma afectará a su estructura integral, reparto de dependencias y edificios, así como a algunos hoyos del campo de golf (especialmente al 1 y 9 del campo de Los Pinos, por la ampliación de las instalaciones de la futura Casa Club, en teoría). Una remodelación por todo lo alto,

cuya duración no se sabe con seguridad pero que previsiblemente podría rondar el año completo, y que alzará el listón en cuanto a destino hotelero en Sotogrande.

Hotel Almenara shuts down for renovation The benchmark hotel in Sotogrande announces its temporary closure in order to undertake an important renovation project that will make it one of the highest quality complexes on the Costa del Sol A stop, order to improve the hotel history of Sotogrande. Hotel Almenara has already carried out the temporary closure of its facilities (this was an open secret, already announced before but it had not been carried out) in order to undergo a significant integral and structural renovation of its facilities that will make it, as stated on several by the parent company of Sotogrande, one of the leading hotel establishments on the Costa del Sol. This was announced in a statement by the hotel itself, through its Social Network channels: “CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. Dear guests, we are working on a new concept of accommodation in order to offer you a unique experience. Until we meet again, please keep updated and subscribe to our newsletter� states the announcement.

Almost two years ago, Marc Topiol, CEO of Sotogrande S.A, announced at the International Tourism Fair in Madrid (FITUR), during his speech at the pavilion of the Council of Cadiz, the plans that the company had for the hotel, in order to raise its quality and international importance.

These renovation plans will affect its integral structure, the layout of offices and buildings, as well as some holes on the golf course (especially from holes 1 to 9 on the Los Pinos course, due to the extension of the facilities of the future Club House, in theory). A renovation in style, whose duration is not known for certain but that could foreseeably take the entire year, and that will raise the bar for hotel destinations in Sotogrande.

• El aumento acumulado ya es del 4,5% desde los 6.600 euros/m2 del mismo trimestre de 2017 y del 11% desde los 6.200 euros/m2 de 2016.

• El tiempo medio de venta de una propiedad de lujo fue de 5 meses a nivel nacional, mismo dato que la media de 2018, y de sólo 3 meses en las zonas de mayor demanda.

• Latinoamericanos, franceses, italianos y británicos fueron los más rápidos en comprar, con sólo 2 meses, mientras que los españoles promedian una media de 5 meses en tomar la decisión de compra.

El precio de la vivienda de lujo en España crece otro 2% en el tercer trimestre Manuel Gil El precio medio de la vivienda de lujo en España moderó su crecimiento durante el tercer trimestre del año pero, como ya sucediera en el primer semestre, volvió a registrar un aumento interanual del 2% en relación al mismo periodo del año anterior, según apuntan diversos informes económicos del sector. Con un precio medio de 6.900 euros/m2, la tendencia siguió al alza desde los 6.750 euros/m2 del tercer trimestre de 2018. El aumento acumulado ya es del 4,5% desde los 6.600 euros/m2 del mismo trimestre de 2017 y del 11% desde los 6.200 euros/m2 de 2016; tal y como defiende en su detallado balance trimestral sobre propiedades de lujo la entidad Barnes.

En ciudades como Barcelona, Madrid o San Sebastián los precios entraron en una fase de estabilización y ya no notaron aumentos, mientras que regiones como la Costa del Sol andaluza, el litoral valenciano y los archipiélagos de Baleares y Canarias siguieron acaparando buena parte de los incrementos registrados.

En cuanto a las características de las viviendas, la mayor parte de la demanda del sector inmobiliario de lujo durante el periodo julio-septiembre se concentró en propiedades con precios que fueron desde los 500.000 hasta los 3 millones de euros y con una superficie de entre 150m2 y 500m2, parcela aparte. El tiempo medio de venta de una propiedad de lujo durante el ter-

cer trimestre fue de 5 meses a nivel nacional, mismo periodo que la media de 2018, y de sólo 3 meses en las zonas de mayor demanda turística. Por nacionalidades, latinoamericanos, franceses, italianos y británicos fueron los más rápidos en comprar, con una media de 2 meses, mientras que los españoles tardaron 5 meses en tomar la decisión de compra.

“El precio de la vivienda de lujo continúa creciendo en las zonas con más demanda. El comprador extranjero es el que sigue invirtiendo en España debido a la buena situación económica y su competitividad como mercado, mientras que el nacional ya no es tan protagonista como en los últimos tres años”, detalla Virgoluay, alto

ejecutivo del propio estudio de Barnes.

Los principales factores a tener en cuenta de cara a la evolución del segmento inmobiliario de lujo en España hasta 2020, detalla el informe, serán la estabilidad económica y política,

las medidas políticas adoptadas en materia de vivienda, la situación geopolítica internacional, las políticas económicas del BCE, el ajuste de los precios y la evolución de divisas como la libra esterlina, el dólar y el peso mexicano.

• Latin Americans, the French, Italians and British were the quickest to buy, just 2 months, while Spaniards average 5 months taken to make the decision to buy.

The average price of luxury housing in Spain moderated its growth during the third quarter of the year but, as already was the case in the first quarter, once again year on year growth of 2% was recorded in relation to the same period of the previous year, as outlined by different economic reports from the sector. With an average price of 6,900 Euros/m2, the trend continued upward from 6,750 Euros/m2 in the third quarter of 2018. The cumulative increase is now 4.5% from 6,600 Euros/m2 in the same quarter in 2017, and 11% from the 6,200 Euros/m2 of 2016; as outlined in the detailed quarterly assessment of luxury properties pro-

duced by Barnes.

In cities such as Barcelona, Madrid and San Sebastian, prices entered a phase of stabilisation and no increases were observed, while regions such as the Andalusian Costa del Sol, the Valencian coast and the archipelagos of the Balearic and Canary Islands continued to monopolise a large part of the increases recorded.

With regard to the characteristics of the properties, most of the demand in the luxury property sector during the July-September period was concentrated on properties with prices that ranged from 500,000 to 3 million Euros, with a surface area of between 150m2

and 500m2, apart from the plot.

The average sale time of luxury properties during the third quarter was 5 months at a national level, the same period as the average of 2018, and only 3 months in the areas of greatest tourist demand.

In terms of nationalities, Latin Americans, the French, Italians and British were the quickest to buy, with an average of 2 months, while Spaniards took 5 months to take the decision to buy.

PSOE wins general elections again in San Roque • The socialist party leads new elections with 31.58% of votes.

• VOX becomes the second force by earning 3,161 votes (24%).

Once again in elections in the area, the PSOE became the winning party in San Roque in the general elections after obtaining 31.58% of the votes, while Vox emerged as the second most voted party, with 24.07%. El Colegio Internacional de Sotogrande, a través de un acto en su salón multiusos con la presencia de numerosas personalidades de la vida pública y empresarial de la urbanización, llevó a cabo la presentación de dos importantes proyectos en los que se apoyará el futuro más próximo del centro en la próxima década.

En concreto, se trata de un nuevo centro en el que se ubicará Secundaria (lo que incrementará el número de plazas de alumnos hasta los 1.400, en la actualidad ronda el millar) y una nueva residencia de estudiantes con capacidad hasta 11 habitaciones individuales. El total de la inversión privada, por parte del Grupo Inspired, supera los 5,5 millones de euros (el nuevo edificio supondrá un coste superior a los tres millones de euros y se

iniciar la tramitación administrativa para cambiar la calificación de los terrenos de uso residencial a dotacional educativo.

Este espacio albergará 20 aulas de Secundaria y Bachille-

rato Internacional, así como un estudio de teatro y danza y oficinas, y tendrá una capacidad de 450 alumnos. Supondrá una inversión de tres millones de euros y se prevé su inauguración en septiembre de 2020, coincidiendo con el inicio del próximo curso académico.

En cuanto a la residencia de estudiantes, costará 2,5 millones de euros, acogerá hasta 116 alumnos no residentes Roque y la fecha de fin de obra se ha previsto para junio de 2021, para comenzar a funcionar en septiembre de dicho año.

Sin duda, dos proyectos que suponen un gran avance para los planes de crecimiento del propio centro, así como para la propia comunidad de Sotogrande.

Secondary building, and then had to begin the administrative proceedings to change the rating of the land for residential use to educational purposes.

This space will house 20 Secondary and International Baccalaureate classrooms, as well as a theatre and dance studio, it will

have a capacity for 450 pupils. It will involve investment of three million Euros and is expected to open in September 2020, coinciding with the start of the next academic year.

With regard to the student residence, it will cost 2.5 million Euros, it will house 116 pupils who don´t reside

in Roque and the completion date for the work is scheduled for June 2021, in order to begin operating in September of that year.

Undoubtedly, these two projects are a great step forward for the plans to grow the school, as well as for the community of Sotogrande.

Picardo gana por tercera vez las elecciones en Gibraltar La alianza entre laboristas y liberales que lidera el actual Primer Ministro supera el 52% de los votos. El mandatario, que tendrá que asumir la consumación el Brexit, anuncia que su retirado al término de la legislatura.

G. / Redacción Fabian Picardo es el elegido por los gibraltareños para afrontar la última y definitiva fase del Brexit (cuyo acuerdo para una salida consensuada depende del parlamento británico, tras el acuerdo de la mesa de negociación entre el Reino Unido y la Unión Europea). La alianza entre laboristas y liberales logra el 52,49% de los votos en las Elecciones al Gobierno de Gibraltar y supera ampliamente, doblando a su principal opositor, al resto de candidatos.

Keith Azopardi, candidato del GSD, sumó un total del 25,55% de los votos, seguido del ‘Together Gibraltar’, de Marlene Hassan Nahon, que con sus 5.639 votos (20,05%), se convierte en una de las grandes sorpresas de los comicios. Robert Vasquez (0,92%) y J.C. Pons (0,53%), completan los registros.

Destacar que los diez candidatos de la alianza ganadora recibieron el mayor número de apoyos, liderados, cómo no, por Fabian Picardo

“¿Qué pasa con el PP? Pablo Casado obtuvo buenos resultados, pero no creció relativamente tanto como Vox, y por eso no le interesa darle ánimos de ninguna manera...”

Sánchez o urnas

El Partido Socialista ha ganado nuevamente las elecciones, aunque empeorando sus resultados. Ahora bien, o Pedro Sánchez es presidente, o habrá nuevas elecciones. Y esta última opción no parece muy probable.

El panorama político se ha complicado después del 10 de noviembre, pero intentemos responder a esta pregunta: ¿a quién le interesa que haya elecciones otra vez?

Por lógica, preferirán esa alternativa quienes llevan una racha alcista, es decir, en primer lugar, Vox, que fue la gran sorpresa en la noche electoral.

Los de Santiago Abascal se apresuraron a aclarar que ellos jamás van a facilitar la investidura de Sánchez. Es lógico, porque Vox tiene todo que ganar. Si finalmente no sale adelante la investidura, porque habrá elecciones. Y si Sánchez es presidente, ello puede lograrse con o sin el apoyo del PP. Si es con ese apoyo, Vox gana, porque podría presentarse como la única oposición a la izquierda. ¿Qué pasa con el PP? Pablo Casado obtuvo buenos resultados, pero no creció relativamente tanto como Vox, y por eso no le interesa darle ánimos

de ninguna manera. De ahí que en el PP predomine la cautela, y sospecho que Casado no aceptará las sugerencias de dirigentes de su propio partido para que facilite el Gobierno de Sánchez. Por su parte, Ciudadanos está demasiado golpeado como para que podamos anticipar lo que hará.

Ni el PSOE ni Podemos quieren forzar a los españoles a votar otra vez, porque están en racha bajista, y son los que más tienen que perder. De ahí las prisas que les han entrado a ambos para establecer un acuerdo de Gobierno. Seguramente, tampoco les convendrían nuevos comicios a algunos de los socios nacionalistas que podría buscar el PSOE, como ERC. La posibilidad de un Gobierno de socialistas con la ultraizquierda y los independentistas es ciertamente inquietante, y aún más cuando tenemos un horizonte económico difícil, pero las cosas son como son, y no como nos gustaría que fueran.

En este rompecabezas, por lo tanto, la suma de intereses políticos se inclina más hacia la probabilidad de un Sánchez presidente, con un “gobierno Frankenstein” bastante precario. Veremos.

If it is with that support, Vox wins, because it could present itself as the only opposition to the left.

What happens with the PP? Pablo Casado obtained good results, but in relative terms, he did not increase as much as Vox, therefore he won´t be inte-

rested in supporting Sánchez at all. Hence why caution will prevail in the PP, and I suspect that Casado will not accept the suggestions of leaders of his own party to facilitate Sánchez´s Government. In turn, Ciudadanos has been battered too much to be able to predict what it will do.

Neither PSOE nor Podemos want to force the Spanish to vote again, because they are on a downward path, and they have the most to lose. Hence why they were in such a rush to establish a Government agreement. Surely, nor would it suit some of the nationalist partners that the PSOE might seek out, such as the ERC, to hold new elections.

The possibility of a Government of socialists with the radical left and those who support independence is certainly worrying, and even more so when we have a difficult financial horizon, but things are the way they are, and not as we would like them to be.

In this jigsaw, the sum of political interests thus tilts more towards the likelihood of Sánchez being President, with a somewhat precarious “Frankenstein government”.

Comunidad Remitido de Prensa: APUMAS Recientemente se han publicado en la prensa local diversas informaciones sobre la constitución de la Entidad Urbanística de Conservación (EUC) que deberá de sustituir al actual Régimen Especial de la Marina de Sotogrande (REM).

Igualmente se han difundido opiniones particulares, que no corresponden a la realidad y legalidad actual sobre la definición de la EUC en cuanto a su naturaleza, condiciones de gestión y fines.

La pretensión de la Asociación de Propietarios de la Urbanización de la Marina de Sotogrande (APUMAS) es ofrecer información y datos, con absoluta claridad y transparencia, sobre la futura EUC. Últimamente se han venido difundiendo y barajando cifras sobre los posibles costes de mantenimiento de la EUC, que oscilan entre 1.3 y 1.6 millones de euros. Esta Asociación considera dichos presupuestos desorbitados, entendiendo que el coste de mantenimiento no debería ser superior al 30% de dichas cifras, según las zonas que debe mantener la futura EUC, que constan en el plano del Ayuntamiento de San Roque que se adjunta.

Vísteme despacio que tengo mucha prisa: “EUC de La Marina de Sotogrande”

Hemos sabido la intención de un sector de los propietarios de la marina, para promover de inmediato la constitución la Asamblea de la EUC de La Marina, con el propósito de elegir un Consejo Rector de 10 miembros que:” sin contar con el resto de propietarios”, elijan las empresas y contraten a quien estimen conveniente. Estaríamos ante un REM2, pero lo habríamos

legalizado entre algunos propietarios.

Con respecto a la futura EUC de La Marina de Sotogrande, APUMAS considera necesario poner en conocimiento público lo siguiente: - La EUC es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro.

-No se puede poner en marcha la EUC, sin estar recepcionada definitivamente la urbanización,

por lo tanto, terminada en toda su amplitud, y así se hace constar en la “Disposición final única” del proyecto de Estatutos de la EUC, aprobado en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de San Roque.

-El pago de los gastos de electricidad y agua de la EUC, corresponden al Ayuntamiento de San Roque.

-Cada Comunidad debe asumir los servicios propios.

-La EUC tendrá a su cargo el mantenimiento y conservación del vial y dotaciones de La Marina, ya que son los únicos elementos públicos objeto de gestión por la EUC. -El mantenimiento y conservación de los atraques, así como los 6 metros de la zona de seguridad adyacentes (jardines, etc.), son responsabilidad exclusiva del Puerto de Sotogrande.

-Los gastos derivados de la gestión de la EUC serán pagados por cada propietario con el mismo criterio con el cual se abonan los gastos de su respectiva comunidad de Propietarios.

Por todo lo expuesto, consideramos que no debe acelerarse la puesta en marcha de la EUC, hasta que estén todos los asuntos concernientes a la misma consensuados y aclarados plenamente por el mayor numero posible de propietarios.

ding the future UCE. Lately, figures have been disseminated and assessed regarding the possible maintenance costs of the UCE that range between 1.3 and 1.6 million Euros.

This Association considers these budgets to be exorbitant, considering that the cost of maintenance should not be over 30% of those figures, according to the zones that the future UCE needs to maintain, which are outlined in the plan of the Council of San Roque that is attached.

We have found out the intention of a segment of the marina owners, to immediately promote the establishment of the Assembly of the

Marina UCE, in order to elect a Governing Board of 10 members that: “without taking into account the other owners”, choose the companies and hire who they deem appropriate. We would have a REM2, but we would have legalised it among some owners.

With regard to the future UCE of Sotogrande Marina, APUMAS considers it necessary to inform the public of the following: - The UCE is a non-profit organisation.

-It is not possible to launch the UCE, without having definitively delivered the resort, thus, with it fully finished, and this noted in the “Sole final provision” of

the project of Statutes of the UCE, approved in the Plenary of the Council of San Roque.

-The payment of the electricity and water costs of the UCE, correspond to the Council of San Roque.

-Each Community must cover its own services.

-The UCE will pay for the maintenance and conservation of Marina roads and provisions, as they are the only public elements subject to management by the UCE. -The maintenance and conservation of the berths, as well as the 6 metres of the adjacent safety area (gardens, etc.) are the exclusive responsibility of the Port of Sotogrande.

-The costs deriving from the management of the UCE will be paid by each owner with the same criteria with which the costs of its respective community of Owners are paid.

In view of all the above, we believe that the launch of the UCE should not be speeded up, until all the matters concerning it have been agreed and fully clarified by the largest possible number of owners.

Manuel Gil Los once votos a favor del Equipo de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de San Roque fueron suficientes para aprobar de manera inicial, pese a los nueve votos en contra de los cuatro partidos que componen la oposición la corporación sanroqueña; el Presupuesto Municipal 2020. Todo ello, en un pleno extraordinario con sólo

dos puntos.

El presupuesto consolidado (que incluye Ayuntamiento y empresas municipales) prevé unos ingresos de 69,5 millones, y unos gastos de 69,1 millones, por lo que el superávit se situaría en 400.000 euros. De esta cantidad, corresponden 66,2 millones al Ayuntamiento, y el resto a las empresas municipa-

les, teniendo los presupuestos nivelados Emadesa, Amanecer y Multimedia, y superávit Emroque y Emgreal.

A grandes rasgos, se destinan 2 millones de euros para los planes de Empleo de Emadesa y Amanecer, 3,4 millones para gastos vinculados a Asuntos Sociales y 18,7 millones para inversiones en un gasto plu-

rianual, con 4 millones de inversión en el ejercicio 2020. Los gastos de Personal son similares a los de 2018, en algo más de 19 millones de euros.

Se incluyen tres medidas para rebajar la presión fiscal a las

familias: la disminución en un 50% de la tasa para obras menores (de 80 a 40 euros), y el mismo porcentaje en la que abonan los comerciantes del mercado de abastos. Además, los comerciantes ambulantes

del mercadillo de los domingos en San Roque Casco no tendrán que pagar más si quieren montar sus puestos en los mercadillos de las barriadas.

En cuanto al desglose de las distintas cifras, 1,4 millones se destinarán al plan de trabajos de temporada de Emadesa, y 600.000 euros al plan de empleo de Amanecer, que beneficia principalmente a personas con discapacidad.

Aunque el Plan de Inversiones tiene carácter plurianual y asciende a 18,7 millones, existe el compromiso de des-

tinar un mínimo de 4 millones de euros a este concepto durante el ejercicio 2020. Se prevé la construcción de una nueva residencia de San Roque Casco en la zona de Huerta Varela, y otras dos en Bahía y Estación. Hay también prevista una obra destacable en el área de Los Cañones, dos teatros (zona de Guadiaro y Bahía), la adquisición de un recinto ferial para el Casco, y el carril bici hacia el Casino.

Se incrementa en un 50 % el presupuesto en materia de limpieza viaria, así como las partidas para la realización de acti-

vidades culturales, deportivas, de la Universidad Popular y Participación Ciudadana. Los presupuestos pasan ahora al periodo de exposición pública, transcurrido el cual se volverán a llevar a pleno para su aprobación definitiva. El objetivo es que estén refrendados antes de finalizar 2019, para que estén operativos el 1 de enero de 2020.

Three measures are included for reducing the tax burden on families: reducing the rate for minor works by 50% (from 80 to 40 Euros), and the same percentage on what is paid by traders in the food market.

Also, street sellers at the Sunday market in the centre of San Roque will not have to pay more if they want to set up their stands at the markets in the neighbourhoods.

With regard to the breakdown of the different figures, 1.4 million will be allocated to the temporary employment plan of Emadesa, and 600,000 Euros

will go to the Amanecer employment plan which mainly benefits people with disabilities. Although the Investment Plan is on a multiannual basis and amounts to 18.7 million, there is the commitment to allocate a minimum of 4 million Euros to this concept during the 2020 financial year.

The construction of a new residence in San Roque Casco is planned in the Huerta Varela area, and another two in Bahía and Estación. Another notable work is also planned in the Los Cañones area, along with two theatres (Guadiaro and Bahía area), the acquisition of a fair enclosure for the centre, and a bicycle lane

towards the Casino.

The budget for road cleaning has been increased by 50%, along with budget items for carrying out cultural and sporting and Open University activities, and Civic Participation.

The budgets now move to the public display phase, following which they will be brought before the plenary for definitive approval. The objective is for them to be endorsed before

the end of 2019, in order for them to be operational by 1 January 2020.

Nulidad de los contratos de tarjetas de crédito: los intereses usureros Algunos abogados de la provincia de Cádiz estamos observando un creciente aumento de las demandas interpuestas contra entidades de crédito en las que determinados clientes de dichas entidades solicitan al Juzgado declaren la nulidad de los contratos de tarjeta de crédito por considerar que los intereses de las referidas tarjetas son usureros. Dichas alegaciones se basan en la Ley de 23 de julio de 1908 de la Usura, en concreto, en su artículo 1 en donde se establece que los contratos de préstamo –que incluyen las tarjetas de crédito como ya ha establecido la jurisprudenciason nulos si el interés pactado es notablemente superior al normal del dinero.

Dicho artículo fue objeto de análisis por el Tribunal Supremo en su Sentencia de 25 de noviembre de 2015, que declaró la nulidad de un contrato de tarjeta de crédito por considerar que la tasa anual Some lawyers in the province of Cadiz are seeing an increasing rise in claims made against banks where specific clients of these entities ask the Courts to declare the nullity of the credit card contracts as they consider that the interest rates of these cards are usurious. This article was subjected to analysis by the Supreme Court in its Ruling of 25 November 2015, which declared the nullity of a credit card contract by considering that the annual percentage rate of charge (APR) was usurious in accordance with article 1 of the aforementioned Law on Usury. In this ruling the Supreme Court compared the APR agreed between the credit

La doctrina mayoritaria criticó duramente esta sentencia del Tribunal Supremo por considerar que no es posible comparar los intereses aplicables a las tarjetas de crédito con los intereses aplicables a simples créditos al consumo ya que los contratos de tarjeta de crédito tienen una serie de particularidades relevantes, y muy distintas de los créditos al consumo, que afectan directamente en la fijación de los tipos de interés.

Creemos que debido a estas duras críticas y a la interpretación que realizó el Tribunal

Supremo, el Banco de España se vio obligado a desglosar – a partir del año 2017en su Boletín Estadístico los intereses aplicables a las tarjetas de crédito e incluso reconoció que si bien la información referidas a las tarjetas de crédito se había englobado originariamente dentro del segmento de créditos al consumo, dicha agrupación era meramente informativa y reconoce, además, que los intereses aplicados a las tarjetas de crédito son claramente distintos a los aplicados a los créditos al consumo.

We believe that due to these harsh criticisms and the interpretation provided by the Supreme Court, the Bank of Spain was obliged to provide

a breakdown -from 2017 onin its Statistical Bulletin of the interests applied to credit cards and it even acknowledged that although the information referring to credit cards had originally been included in the segment of consumer credit, this grouping was merely for information purposes and it also acknowledges that the interests applied to credit cards are

Trade department and business community seeks solutions for parking and accesses to Pueblo Nuevo A meeting between a group of business people in the Valle del Guadiaro area and the main municipal leads makes it possible to seek solutions and a consensus for traffic and the accessibility of the shopping area.

CEIP Gloria Fuertes, in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, hosted an event organised by the Department of Municipal Trade and traders in Valle del Guadiaro in order to improve accessibility in the area in relation to traffic and parking. The delegate for Trade, Belén Jiménez, stated the need to correct the “different problems relating to parking and traffic that the Sierra Bermeja and surrounding area suffers, due to the increase in trade activity year after year”.

She recalled that “previously, with a significant investment, of around 50 thousand Euros, we solved part of this problem by

changing an area where there was a pine forest into parking. Now, we are working on other options to further fit out the space allocated to parking”.

The councillor added that “this meeting was organi-

sed by the Department of Trade but with the aim of involving the Mayor´s office of Valle del Guadiaro (with the presence of Óscar Ledesma) and the Local Police”, indeed the Police offered some improvement

suggestions. This led to the exchange of opinions between all the traders, the main parties affected by this issue, in order to “seek other prospects and possible solutions that we don´t think of” stated Jiménez.

Therefore, it is about communication with us, in order to see all the improvements that can be made, the proposals of both parties, and ultimately, improving the area in any realm of action”.

Londres se deja seducir turísticamente por Sotogrande y San Roque M. G. / Redacción La World Travel Market (WTM), la feria turística de Londres, se trata de una de las citas más importantes del mundo para la promoción de destinos turísticos en el calendario. Una cita imposible de perderse para cualquier enclave que quiera posicionarse en el escenario internacional y por supuesto, Sotogrande, el propio municipio de San Roque y el conjunto provincial y regional se encuentran representados en el certamen.

Además, el alcalde de San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, junto a la delegada de Turismo, Ana Ruiz, y una técnico municipal, se encuentran en Londres dentro de la estrategia de promoción de la ciudad; destacar el elogio, entre otros que recibió la oferta local por parte de Juanma Moreno, presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, y el consejero de Turismo, Juan Marín, a su paso por el espacio sanroqueño.

Ruiz Boix destacó que “la diversidad de los atractivos turísticos que se reúnen en el territorio sanroqueño nos hacen muy competitivos en el mercado británico.

Además de nuestra oferta puntera en el ámbito internacional del turismo deportivo, donde somos referentes del golf, el polo y cada vez más en la náutica con atractivos como Puerto Sotogrande y La Marina, contamos con playas con banderas azules y con una gastronomía rica y variada, asequible a todos los bolsillos”.

Ana Ruiz agradeció “la colaboración de las distintas empresas

dedicadas al turismo en el municipio, que han vuelto a confiar en el Ayuntamiento a la hora de centralizar la promoción del ‘Destino San Roque’. Como no puede ser de otra manera, la pujanza de nuestro turismo residencial y deportivo será una de nuestras cartas de presentación, pero también nos esforzaremos en dar a conocer otros grandes atractivos de San Roque, como son nuestras playas, los aspectos culturales y monumentales aderezados con nuestra rica gastronomía, y nuestros espacios naturales. worth highlighting the praise, among others, that the local offer received from Juanma Moreno, president of the Regional Government of Andalusia, and the delegate for Tourism, Juan Marín, on his visit to the San Roque space.

Ruiz Boix highlighted that “the diversity of the tourist attractions that San Roque brings together makes us very competitive on the British market. In addition to our leading range in the international sports tourism sector, where we are benchmarks for golf, polo and increasingly for sailing, with attractions such as Sotogrande Port

and the Marina, we have beaches with blue flags and delicious and varied gastronomy that is affordable for everyone”.

Ana Ruiz expressed gratitude for the “collaboration of different companies devoted to tourism in the municipality, who have once again placed their trust in the Council when it comes to centralising the promotion of ´Destination San Roque’. As you would expect, the strength of our residential and sports tourism will be one of our means of introducing ourselves, but we will also try to promote other great attractions in San Roque, such as our beaches, the

culture and monuments garnished with our delicious gastronomy, and our natural spaces. All of this is talked about in the new Tourist Guide, which we hope will be warmly welcomed” he concluded.

The president of the Regional Government praised the role of San Roque in tourism as a while in Andalusia, offering status for quality sports tourism and residential tourism. Juan Marín referred to golf, with the Andalucía Valderrama Master, and to polo, with the Gold Cup, as the great sporting attractions of renown, where Andalusia has a presence.

Por este medio quiero agradecer a Miguel Mellado, buen agente inmobiliario y mejor persona, por su implicación en la limpieza y mejora de nuestro entorno. Él es otro “héroe” a quien no le importa que le vean recoger plásticos y deshechos. Me lo he encontrado ya en 2 ocasiones en las inmediaciones de Pueblo Nuevo haciendo esta labor de forma desinteresada. El pasado sábado me uní a él en la zona de servicio de Lidl. En solo 1 hora limpiamos un área de 20 m2 llenando 5 bolsas de 120 lt. Calculamos que en esta via de servicio, entre el centro comercial Mar y Sol y el Lidl, debe de haber alrededor de 120.000 litros de basura o el equivalente a 120 m3. Si en vez de 2 fuésemos 200 vecinos, en solo 2 horas conseguiríamos dejar esa carretera “impoluta” de desechos acumulados durante años. Si añadiésemos carteles que pusieran “PROHIBIDO TIRAR DESHECHOS” o “MANTENGA LIMPIA ESTA ZONA” ya sería la “pera” porque esas zonas ya libres de desechos se mantendrían en el tiempo.

Este simple gesto llevado a cabo en nuestros barrios, calles y glorietas haría subir MUCHO el valor de nuestras viviendas.

A finales de 2014 España empezaba por fin a salir de la GRAN CRISIS y el valor de las propiedades empezaba a recuperarse.

Pero esta recuperación ha sido muy desigual según qué zonas analicemos: por ejemplo el valor de las Viviendas en San Roque ha subido desde entonces un 10%, en Sotogrande un 14% y en Estepona ….un 46%.

Vuelvo a nuestra vecina Estepona como ejemplo a seguir ya que no es casual su revalorización. Este municipio tiene un precio por m2

muy parecido al de Sotogrande a día de hoy cuando hace solo 4 años no llegaba al 70% …y como siga esta tendencia nos superara con creces en poco tiempo. No tiene la infraestructura deportiva que tenemos en el Valle del Guadiaro pero si tiene Parques para niños, diversidad de tiendas, alternativas culturales, está abierta a su playa con un paseo marítimo muy agradable y sus chiringuitos tienen vida gran parte del año, sus calles limpias, sus rotondas son una maravilla, y puedo seguir en un largo etcétera.

Amo a Sotogrande y al resto de pueblos del Valle del Guadiaro pero tenemos que reaccionar y sacar un mayor partido a nuestro entorno.

Debemos abrirnos al Rio Guadiaro, uno de los más bonitos de toda Andalucía, haciendo un paseo fluvial que nos permita disfrutar de paseos desde Guadiaro hasta Sotogrande, tener algún parque donde se pueda ir…, el área equivalente a un simple hoyo de golf sería más que suficiente ¡hay 99 hoyos de golf en los 5 campos de golf de Sotogrande!

Respeto a aquellos que quieren mantener a Sotogrande como “Toston Grande”, lugar tranquilo y aburrido donde muchos se preguntan qué hacemos durante el año (aparte de disfrutar de este paraíso). ¿Es posible dotar de mayores servicios y prestaciones a esta zona? ¿Es posible limpiar los pueblos aledaños y adecentarlos para convertirlos en lugares atractivos que visitar en cualquier momento del año? Todo esto sin conseguir que se masifique la zona o que atraiga al tipo de gente “erróneo”.

Ahí está el reto y ha llegado el momento de intentarlo. Renovarse o Morir.

Through this channel, I wish to thank Miguel Mellado, a good property agent and a better person for his involvement in the cleaning and improvement of our environment. He is another “hero” who doesn´t care about being seen collecting plastic and rubbish. I have now found him on 2 occasions in the surroundings of Pueblo Nuevo doing this work in a selfless way. Last Saturday I joined him in the Lidl service zone.

In just 1 hour we cleaned an area of 20 m2, filling 5 120l bags. We calculated that on this service road, between the Mar y Sol shopping and the Lidl, there must be around 120,000 litres of waste or the equivalent of 120 m3. If instead of the 2 of us, there were 200 residents, in just 2 hours we would manage to leave that road “clean” of the waste accumulated over years. If we added notices saying “FORBIDDEN TO THROW WASTE” or “KEEP THIS AREA CLEAN” it would be really great because these areas now free of waste would remain like that over time.

This simple gesture carried out in our neighbourhoods, streets and roundabouts would make the value of our properties rise A LOT. At the end of 2014 Spain began to finally emerge out of the GREAT CRISIS and the value of properties began to recover. However, this recovery has been uneven depending on the areas that we analyse: for example, the value of properties in San Roque has risen by 10% since then, 14% in Sotogrande and in Estepona.... by 46%.

I return to our neighbour Estepona as an example to follow as this appreciation in value is not a coin-

cidence. This municipality has a price per m2 very similar to that of Sotogrande at present when just 4 years ago it did not even amount to 70%...and if this trend continues it will soon surpass us. It does not have the sports infrastructure that we have in Valle del Guadiaro but it does have parks for children, a wide diversity of shops, cultural options, it opens onto its beach with a very pleasant promenade and its beach bars have life during a large part of the year, its clean streets and roundabouts are marvellous, and could mention lots more.

I love Sotogrande and the other towns in Valle del Guadiaro but we need to react and get more out of our location. We need to open ourselves up to the Guadiaro River, one of the most beautiful in all of Andalusia, creating a river walkway that makes it possible to enjoy walks from Guadiaro to Sotogrande, have a park where it is possible to go...the area equivalent to a single hole of golf would be more than enough, there are 99 golf holes on the 5 golf course in Sotogrande!

With regard to those who want to keep Sotogrande as the “Big Bore”, a peaceful and boring place where many people wonder what we do throughout the year (apart from enjoying this paradise). Is it possible to provide more services and facilities for this area? Is it possible to clean neighbouring towns and tidy them up to make them appealing places to visit at any time of the year? All of this without overcrowding the area or attracting the “wrong” type of people. That is the challenge and the time has come to try it. Revamp or Die.

El mercadillo de Guadiaro ‘se muda’ M. G.

La delegación de Mercadillo avanzó que la tradicional ubicación del mercadillo de Guadiaro cambia definitivamente a la avenida Ciro Gil, y se mantiene el día, los viernes. El Mercadillo se instalaba hasta ahora en el aparcamiento del Campo de Fútbol, y de forma permanente se traslada a la avenida, donde se persigue mayor comodidad

tanto para los vendedores como para los usuarios, además de contar con mayores aparcamientos.

El cambio de ubicación había sido demandado tanto por los vecinos como por los propios vendedores ambulantes, y lo que se persigue, en palabras de Mercedes Serrano, es promocionar y fomentar el comercio.

Mediación

Gobiernos mediadores Si alguien debe hacer uso de la mediación de manera sistemática, son nuestros políticos. Sería una buena manera de transitar, desde una ciudadanía atiborrada de información sesgada o falsa, hacia una mejor informada, más responsable y colaborativa. Guadiaro market “is moving” The Market delegation announced that the traditional location of Guadiaro market is definitively changing to Avenida Ciro Gil, and the day remains the same, Friday. Until now, the Market was set up in the car park of the Football Pitch, and it is permanently moving to the avenue, which is

Mediating governments If anyone needs to use mediation systematically, it is our politicians. It would be a good way to move, from citizens stuffed with biased or false information, towards citizens that are better informed, more responsible and collaborative. Assuming mediator leadership helps to gradually overcome deadlocks, distrust and hostility through mediated dialogues that seek to transcend conflict, or in other words, prevent making the problem personal.

In practice, assuming mediating leadership in social and community matters involves dealing

with disagreements by distinguishing between hierarchical calls for dominance and progress.

When, for example, a matter that affects a collective, group or community is mediated using these tools, firstly, during the pre-mediation phase, the mediator helps the representatives of the opposing parties to create assessment criteria for the proposals or solutions and to establish the rules of play. Mediated negotiation does not begin until a consensus has been reached in relation to criteria that are sufficient for the agreement. Several individual or joint working

sessions with the parties may be required. These are sessions where work is carried out on what is most valuable to each of the participants and different ways of building on that are explored. Then, negotiation takes place by directing it towards the establishment of possible agreements and their sustainability, guaranteeing sufficient levels of neutrality and impartiality. The mediating process also needs to be conveyed in a transparent and clear way to the members of the collective, group or community in order for them to understand it properly.

Esta última razón, es la que lleva a muchas empresas a des-localizar sus sedes y dirigirse a dichos paraísos fiscales, con el inconveniente de la falta de transparencia que llevan aparejados dichos territorios.

Por estas circunstancias no se puede calificar a Ceuta como paraíso fiscal y es la razón por la que puede definirse como Oasis Fiscal, ya que se trata de una pequeña ciudad situada en el norte del continente africano con unos 20 Kms cuadrados, a una hora de Algeciras en barco y a 7 minutos en helicóptero. Con una situación privilegiada en el Estrecho de Gibraltar, puede competir por sus ventajosas condiciones fiscales, sin ruido y sin opacidad, debido a que la legislación fiscal ceutí base, es exactamente igual a la española.

Pero, ¿qué ventajas aporta a la tributación de una empresa y sus socios la instalación en Ceuta?. La pregunta es fácil de resumir con las palabras “cincuenta por ciento”.

Efectivamente, en Ceuta el Impuesto de Sociedades tiene una bonificación de ese 50%, esto es, paga exactamente la mitad de lo que se liquida en la Península y, además, los dividendos que reparte la sociedad, benefician a todos los socios con el mismo tipo aplicable en el IRPF aunque no sean residentes en Ceuta.

Pero es que el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (IRPF) de los residentes en Ceuta cuenta con una bonificación del 60%, es decir, un residente en la Ciudad Autónoma en la actualidad

paga por rendimientos del trabajo o por actividades económicas, el 40% de la factura fiscal del residente en Sotogrande. Y el resto de impuestos diferidos como Patrimonio, Transmisiones u Operaciones Societarias, también cuentan con una bonificación de al menos el 50%.

Y no solo eso sino que además, si el sujeto pasivo cuenta con otros rendimientos en Península, también pueden estar bonificados hasta el límite de los rendimientos netos obtenidos en Ceuta, si se cumplen algunos requisitos.

Ahondando en el Impuesto de Sociedades, las ventajas no se detienen en aquellas actividades que se realizan desde Ceuta, sino que las de Península, igualmente, están bonificadas si la sede se encuentra en esta Ciudad. Además, se plantean bonificaciones para aquellas empresas que, sin establecer su sede en Ceuta, instalen departamentos o creen empleo en la Ciudad.

Por otro lado, dicha creación de empleo, también cuenta con una reducción del 50% en las contingencias comunes, la partida más importante de los Seguros Sociales a cargo de la empresa, por lo que estas disfrutan de una doble ventaja: consiguen que la retribución del trabajador sea mayor por la baja imposición a estos y, a su vez, ven rebajados en casi un 50% los seguros sociales.

Ceuta, tax oasis According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), in order to be classed as a tax haven there needs to a lack of transparency, no exchange of information with other countries and tax reductions. The last reason is what leads a lot of companies to de-localise their headquarters and head to the tax havens, with the setback of the lack of transparency that those territories entail.

For these reasons, it is not possible to class Ceuta as a tax haven and that is the reason why it can be defined as a Tax Oasis, as it is a small city located in the north of Africa covering 20 square kilometres, one hour from Algeciras by boat and 7 minutes by helicopter.

With a privileged location, in the Strait of Gibraltar, it can compete due to its favourable tax conditions, without noise and without opacity, due to the fact that the base taxation legislation of Ceuta is exactly the same as that of Spain.

But, what are the benefits of setting up in Ceuta for the taxation of a company and its shareholders?

The matter is easy to sum up with the words “fifty percent”. Effectively, in Ceuta the Corporate Tax has a bonus of 50%, that is to say, companies pay exactly half of what is paid in the Peninsula and, also, the dividends paid out by the company, benefit all the shareholders with the same rate applied to the Income Tax even if they are not residents in Ceuta.

But, the fact is that the Income Tax (IRPF) of residents in Ceuta has a discount of 60%, that is to say, a resident in the Autonomous City currently pays for earned in-

come or for economic activities, 40% of the tax bill of a resident in Sotogrande. And the other deferred taxes such as Inheritance tax, Asset transfer or Company Operations also have a discount of at least 50%.

Incluimos a continuación consejos sobre determinados aspectos del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas que podemos tener en cuenta antes de que acabe el año para reducir su factura fiscal en el IRPF de 2019; Todo ello, sin perjuicio de las particularidades propias aprobadas por las Comunidades Autónomas y de la normativa foral y que se deben ser tenidas en cuenta por los residentes fiscales en dichos territorios.

Diferimiento de rentas al ejercicio 2020: Aunque, no se va a producir una rebaja en los tipos de gravamen, puede ser interesante para usted diferir rentas al ejercicio 2020. Ello no es posible, en muchos casos, pero sí puede permitírselo la obtención de determinado tipo de rendimientos.

Así, si depende de su elección que le reconozcan un rendimiento del capital mobiliario en los últimos días de 2019 o en los primeros de 2020, puede elegir la segunda opción para diferir la generación de rentas al ejercicio siguiente.

Lo mismo ocurre, con los rendimientos de capital inmobiliario en que se puede anticipar unos gastos en los que necesariamente se vaya a incurrir, y que puede resultarle interesante siempre que los ingresos superen a los gastos. Respecto a los rendimientos de actividades económicas determinados en el régimen de estimación directa, puede interesarle aplazar las últimas ventas a los primeros días del 2020 o anticipar gastos en los últimos días del 2019.

Aporta más dinero a tu plan de pensiones: La aportación máxima que permite aplicar la reducción es 8.000 euros con el límite del 30% de tus rendimientos netos del trabajo; Si todavía no has llegado al límite de desgravación del plan de pensiones, establecido, puedes realizar aportaciones adicionales para que la deducción sea mayor. Con esta sencilla acción, podrás reducir tu factura

fiscal hasta un 47%.

Plan de Ahorro a Largo Plazo y PIAS: Si tiene pensado contratar algún depósito, puede interesarle contratar antes de fin de año un Plan de Ahorro a Largo Plazo (bien sea un Seguro Individual de Ahorro a Largo Plazo – SIALP- o una Cuenta Individual de Ahorro a Largo Plazo –CIALP-) si piensa mantener las cantidades que imponga en el mismo en 2019 durante, al menos, 5 años. En ese caso, no tributará por la rentabilidad que produzca siempre que lo impuesto al año no exceda de 5.000 euros, que no retire cantidad alguna antes de finales de 2024 y que el rescate sea en forma de capital.

Si es titular de un Plan Individual de Ahorro Sistemático (PIAS) y han pasado cinco años desde la primera aportación, puede rescatarlo para constituir una renta vitalicia con exención de la rentabilidad generada. Recuerde que el límite máximo anual satisfecho en concepto de primas es de 8.000 euros.

Realice donativos a asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro: A partir de este año, se incrementa la deducción por donativos realizados en favor de fundaciones y entidades sin fines lucrativos.

En concreto, los primeros 150 euros tendrán una reducción del 75% y de un 30% a partir de esta cantidad, a no ser que hayamos donado a la misma asociación desde 2013, en cuyo caso la reducción será del 35%.

Personas próximas a cumplir 65 años: Si va a cumplir 65 años pronto y tiene en mente transmitir su vivienda habitual a través de una venta o donación, y sabe que se le va producir una ganancia patrimonial, puede que le interese esperar hasta los 65 años, y que así quede exenta la ganancia que se le produzca. ‘Mujeres invisibles’ triunfa en el Galiardo La obra consigue recaudar fondos para la Asociación Por una sonrisa, en una velada muy especial y llena de simbolismo, mensaje y responsabilidad social, en el Teatro Municipal de San Roque Manuel Gil Teatro, interpretación, baile, escenografía, mensaje social, reivindicación femenina y solidaridad. La fórmula perfecta del éxito y que convirtieron en casi toda una obligación la asistencia a la obra ‘Mujeres Invisibles’ 2019 que se llevó a cabo en el Teatro Juan Luis Galiardo de San Roque. La cita contó con un importante carácter benéfico ya que todos los fondos recaudados se des-

tinaron, de manera íntegra, a la reconocida Asociación Por una sonrisa.

Como línea argumental habitual en esta representación, la obra reivindica el papel de grandes mujeres que tuvieran una enorme trascendencia en la vida social y política, universalmente, a lo largo de los años pero que su papel protagonista, por el mero hecho de ser mujeres, siempre ha que-

dado reflejado en la historia de un modo más secundario o al menos, con menor grado de relevancia del merecido.

A la entrada, miembros de “Por una Sonrisa” iban regalando a cada asistente al teatro una nariz de payaso, símbolo del colectivo. A través de esta obra musical, nueve actrices amateurs interpretaron una serie de personajes de la historia. Al reparto se le unía un cama-

rero, dado que el escenario principal de la obra era un café teatro de tertulias. Se trata de una obra de dramatización musical, en el que un grupo de aficionados, la mayoría mujeres, vienen a trabajar en la dura tarea de conseguir la igualdad real y efectiva.

Al fondo del café teatro, la cantante Sara Delgado y seis músicos ponían la banda sonora a la trama. En esta ocasión, como gran invitada especial, la conocida y querida Chari Expresati interpretará a una de estas mujeres, concretamente a la Reina Boudica, todo un símbolo.

discussions. This is a musical dramatization work, where a group of enthusiasts, mostly women, come to work on the tough task of achieving real and effective equality.

• Conocer la apasionante vida de esta espía británica, reconocida mundialmente de la mano de la novela de María Dueñas, convoca a docenas de visitantes en cada nuevo ciclo de paseos.

Manuel Gil La literatura, la historia y el paisaje se entremezclan en numerosas ocasiones. Ficción y realidad se dan la mano más a menudo de lo que suele imaginarse y en San Roque, gracias a esa conexión única con Rosalinda Fox, sucede muy a menuda.

de un nuevo paseo literario “El tiempo entre costuras”, una actividad gratuita que organiza periódicamente la Red de Bibliotecas que coordina concejal Ana Ruiz, con la colaboración de la Delegación de Turismo y la Empresa Multimedia. Con el punto de encuentro en la rotonda de entrada a Guadarranque, a las 17.30 horas, desde esta ubicación se realizó un paseo

por el hogar de Rosalinda Fox, las calles donde vivió, con testimonios de las personas que la conocieron, anécdotas y una exposición de fotografías inéditas.

Se trata de un nuevo homenaje a Rosalinda Fox, espía británica que residió varios años en Guadarranque durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y que ha protagonizado varios libros, entre ellos

“El tiempo entre costuras”, de María Dueñas, luego llevado a la televisión.

Los paseos literarios “El tiempo entre costuras” en Guadarranque se llevan a cabo periódicamente, desde

su puesta en marcha el 7 de febrero de 2017. Hay que recordar que desde el 28 de febrero de ese año, el Parque de Mayores de la barriada de Guadarranque lleva el nombre de “Rosalinda Fox”.

• Discovering the exciting life of this British spy, known worldwide as a result of the novel by María Dueñas, brings together dozens of visitors for each new series of walks.

Literature, history and the landscape mix on several occasions. Fiction and reality go hand in hand more often than we tend to imagine and in San Roque, thanks to the unique connection with Rosalinda Fox, it happens very often.

Practically once a month.

On this occasion, twenty people enjoyed a new “The Time in Between” literary walk, a free activity that is organised regularly by the Library Network coordinated by the councillor Ana Ruiz, with the

collaboration of the Department of Tourism and the company Multimedia. With the meeting place at the entry roundabout to Guadarranque, at 5.30 pm, the walk departed towards the home of Rosalinda Fox, the streets where she lived, with testimonies from the people who knew her, stories and an exhibition of unpublished photographs.

This is a new tribute to Rosalinda Fox, the British spy who lived for several years in Guadarranque during the Second

World War, who has featured in several book, including “El tiempo entre costuras” (The Time in Between), by María Dueñas, which was then adapted for television.

The “Time in Between” literary walks in Guadarranque have been carried out regularly, since their launch on 7 February 2017. It is worth remembering that since 28 February that year, the Park for Elderly People in the neighbourhood of Guadarranque bears the name of “Rosalinda Fox”.

Se trata de una ficción experimental rodada en blanco y negro, de 4 minutos 36 segundos de duración. El Segundo Premio en Super 8 fue para el italiano Rolf Mandolesi, por la cinta “Terminus”.

El premio consiste en cinco cartuchos de filmación Super 8 y medalla.

El Segundo Premio en 16 mm fue para la película “Confesión”, de La Milagrosa Films (España), consis-

tente en un rollo de filmación en 16 mm y medalla. El Tercer Premio Kinova, en categoría de Super 8, recayó en “Dopler”, de los mexicanos

Andrés Pardo y Ernesto Baca. Consiste en el telecinado en alta calidad de una película de Super 8 y trofeo original en cerámica de Sargadelos.

Correspondió a Marto Álvarez, de Argentina, por su película “Delta”, y el galardón consistió en el procesado de cuatro cartuchos Super 8 B/N reversibles, y en un trofeo exclusivo. Finalmente, en 16 mm se concedió otro Premio del Público, consistente en una medalla, al español Ignacio Benedeti, por el documental “Spitsbergen: El guardián del Ártico”. Asimismo, el alemán Telemach Wiesinger obtuvo una Mención Especial por la película “Patent Nº DE 1037274 B”.

Mancomunidad coordina el plan FITUR 2020 con los principales responsables turísticos de la comarca M. En concreto, se comenzó a coordinar la participación conjunta en la próxima edición de FITUR, que se celebrará en Madrid en el próximo mes de enero. El Salto toma el protagonismo en Sotogrande Las nuevas instalaciones en Puente de Hierro, en las que ubica su sede el Santa María Equestrian Club, acoge del 22 al 24 de noviembre el I Concurso Nacional de Salto 3***. Una cita que reúne a casi medio centenar de los principales jinetes de la región en la espectacular pista ‘all weather’ de la que dispone el club Manuel Gil Llega el momento, la modalidad hípica del Salto toma el protagonismo, con mucha fuerza en Sotogrande en este final de calendario. Santa María Equestrian Club, gracias a las nuevas y extraordinarias instalaciones que ha desarro-

llado en la zona de Puente de Hierro (se convertirán en todo un referente a nivel Europeo), acoge su I Concurso Nacional de Salto 3*** del 22 al 24 de noviembre.

La primera etapa y el primer escalón del gran proyecto lan-

zado desde hace algunas temporadas por Santa María Polo Club, con el objetivo de convertir a Sotogrande en el gran destino ecuestre del sur de Europa y desestacionalizar la actividad hípica y social en la zona. Sin duda, algo a celebrar.

Con capacidad para albergar a cerca de 140 caballos; están anunciados más de medio centenar de los principales jinetes participantes en la modalidad de Salto para este concurso.

Su espectacular pista ‘all weather’ permite garantizar la más alta calidad de competición bajo cualquier circunstancia meteorológica, con un escenario natural impresionante.

Para este primer concurso (ya se anuncia hasta cuatro más para la próxima temporada, el primero de ellos en febrero), tiene previsto disputar hasta

cuatro pruebas diarias entre las 10:00 y las 17:00 horas. Con diferentes alturas de barras (1,10, 1,20, 1,30, 1,35, 1,40…); incluido el Gran Premio de la última jornada con 1,45 metros de altura.

Una cita para disfrutar con la familia y que ningún amante del mundo de los caballos puede perderse.

Show jumping takes centre stage in Sotogrande The new facilities at Puente de Hierro, where the headquarters of Santa María Equestrian Club are based, is hosting the I National Show Jumping Competition 3*** from 22 to 24 November. An event that brings together almost fifty of the main riders in the region at the spectacular all weather arena at the club.

The time has come, the riding discipline of Show jumping is taking centre stage, with real momentum at the end of the year.

Santa María Equestrian Club, thanks to the new and extraordinary facilities that it has developed in the Puente de Hierro area (they will become a real benchmark at a European level), is hosting its I National Show Jumping Competition 3*** from 22 to 24 November.

The first stage and the first step of the major project launched a few seasons ago by Santa María

Polo Club, with the aim of turning Sotogrande into the major equestrian destination of southern Europe and deseasonalising riding and social activity in the area. Undoubtedly, something to celebrate.

With the capacity to hold close to 140 horses; more than fifty of the main riders in the Show jumping discipline have been announced for this competition. Its spectacular all weather arena makes it possible to guarantee the highest quality of competition in any weather conditions,

with an impressive natural setting.

For this first competition (four more have already been announced for the coming season, the first in February), the club plans to hold four daily heats each day between 10 am and 5 pm. In turn, the Alcaidesa Links federated player, Andreas Roman, and Julia Gil (La Cañada) took victory with 71 and 80 shots, in the Under-12´s categories. Lastly, the local player Samuel Love (38 shots) and Chanya Huaysan of Lauro Golf were the best among the participants in the Under-10´s category in the central zone.

Linense en Reducida, se proclamaron vencedores en la clasificación general de las distintas categorías del IX Campeonato Interclubs del Estrecho 2019.

Con un viento de poniente de 15 nudos y un recorrido total de 12,4 millas para ORC 1 y ORC2 y 10 millas para ORC3 y Clase Reducida, la flota disfrutó de una bonita navegación en la última prueba del Campeonato entre Sotogrande y la Alcaidesa.

the 2019 IX Inter-Clubs Championship of the Strait.

Máxima competitividad en el Circuito J80, en aguas de Sotogrande M. G. / Redacción El barco ‘PF Sailing’ de Petter Fjelstad se alzó con la victoria en el segundo asalto al IX Circuito de J/80 Land Rover Future Marina de Sotogrande, disputado en aguas de Sotogrande. Para lograrlo, el equipo liderado por noruego se valió de su buen hacer y una regularidad que sin victoria parcial alguna le permitió ganar por la mínima, ayudado también por el pinchazo de alguno de sus principales oponentes, en un fin de semana marcado por vientos S-SW de entre 12 y 16 nudos de intensidad y la presencia de preciosos bandos de delfines.

La segunda convocatoria de esta nueva temporada se resolvía después de seis pruebas; tres el sábado y otras tantas el domingo, todas con muchos pretendientes y ningún líder claro. El resultado, seis tantos a manos de cuatro barcos y un podio final con tres equipos metidos en tres puntos, impresionante. A uno y dos puntos del ‘PF Sailing’ se clasificaban el ‘Land Rover Future’ de John

de ventaja sobre los noruegos, pero perdían dos puestos tras romper el botalón en la sexta y última prueba. Circunstancia que aprovecharon los de Bassadone para ganar la prueba y colarse segundo.

Maximum competitiveness on J80 Circuit in Sotogrande waters The boat ‘PF Sailing’ of Petter Fjelstad took victory in the second event of the IX J/80 Land Rover Future Sotogrande Marina Circuit, held in Sotogrande waters. To achieve it, the team led by the Norwegian used their good work and consistency, which without any partial victories, enabled them to earn a close win, also helped by the failings of some of their main opponents, on a weekend marked by S-SW winds of between 12 and 16 knots, and the presence of beautiful groups of dolphins.

The second event of this new season was settled after six heats; three on Saturday and the same number on Sunday, all with lots of hopefuls and no clear leader. The result, six points held by four boats and a final podium with three teams on three points, impressive. One and two points off “PF Sailing” finished “Land Rover Future” of John Bassadone and the “Marbella Team” of Pepequín Obraneja and Juan Luis Páez, withe three and one partial victory, respectively. The title defender had a difficult start on the last day which it went into as leader with a one-point lead over the Norwegians, but they lost two places after breaking their outrigger in the sixth and last heat. Bassadone´s men took advantage of this to win the heat and finish second.

El emblemático Real Club Valderrama acogió la Gran Final del VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande, convirtiéndose en la cuarta ocasión en la que el mítico recorrido sotograndino acoge la cita final del Circuito. Una jornada inolvidable, llena de momentos únicos y un auténtico regalo para los 21 clasificados que disfrutaron de un día de golf por todo lo alto, un auténtico regalo para los amantes de este deporte.

El primer gran premio de la jornada llegó con el saludo a los jugadores y la entrega de un extraordinario Welcome Pack especial para la Gran Final en Valderrama. Las bolsas personalizadas del Circuito incluían: 3 bolas, arreglapiques y tees de AON, una botella de Barbadillo, un paraguas de Caixabank, estuche de tres botellas de aceite por cortesía de Gilmar, polo técnico de Valderrama para la final por parte de la organización, una gorra del Circuito para la final cor-

Respecto a la parte deportiva. El campo, como siempre, algo fuera de lo común. Pese a la aparición de la lluvia, ni el agua quiso perderse esta Gran Final, el campo demostró una vez más que no tiene comparación en Europa y en casi todo el planeta golfístico. Con salidas consecutivas los jugadores disfrutaron desde mediodía del extraordinario escenario para acabar sus partidas, prácticamente, con la caída del sol. Uno de los magníficos salones de la Casa Club de Valderrama albergó el cóctel final y la protocolaria entrega de premios. Destacar de la misma que contó con la colaboración, en cuanto a los obsequios, de Grupo Barbadillo, Marqués de Riscal y del aceite Premium LA Organic, además de

tres altavoces (para los ganadores de las respectivas categorías), de sonido de alta definición.

Encuanto a los ganadores: Antonio S. García se proclamó vencedor de la Primera Categoría Caballeros, seguido de José A. Torres Cabral. En Segunda Cat. Caballeros, la victoria fue para Paul J. Mercer, seguido de Terry Geoffrey; mientras que en Damas, Amelia Do Nascimiento, seguida de Concha Soler. Jaime de Haro se llevó el Drive más largo en caballeros, Amelia Do Nascimiento en Damas; mientras que Víctor Naz se llevó el premio a la Bola más cercana. Por último, Joaquín Larrad se alzó ganador del torneo paralelo invitacional.

Se cierra otra temporada del Circuito de Golf Sotogrande que ya pone la mirada en su octava edición, cuyo inicio se puede adelantar, será el próximo 25 de abril en el Real Club Sevilla Golf. Gracias a jugadores y patrocinadores, nos vemos el próximo curso.

With regard to the sport. The course, as always, was exceptional. Despite the emergence of rain, not even the water wanted to miss out on this Grand Finale, the course once again showed that there is nothing comparable in Europe and throughout almost all the golfing world. With consecutive departures from midday, the players enjoyed the extraordinary setting to finish their rounds practically as the sun was setting.

One of the magnificent lounges at the Valderrama Club House hosted the end cocktail and the formal awards ceremony. It is worth highlighting that the ceremony, in terms of the gifts, involved the collaboration of the Barbadillo Group, Marqués de Riscal and the Premium LA Organic oil, as well as three high definition

sound speakers (for the winners of the respective categories). With regard to the winners: Antonio S. García was crowned winner of the Men´s First Category, followed by José A. Torres Cabral. In the Men´s Second Category, victory went to Paul J. Mercer, followed by Terry Geoffrey; while in the Ladies´ Category, the winner was Amelia Do Nascimiento, followed by Concha Soler. Jaime de Haro won the longest Drive in the Men´s Category, Amelia Do Nascimiento in the Ladies´ Category; while Víctor Naz won the Prize for the Closest Ball.

Lastly, Joaquín Larrad was crowned winner of the parallel invitational tournament. Another season ends of the Sotogrande Golf Circuit which now looks towards the eighth edition, which it can now be announced, will begin on 25 April at Real Club Sevilla Golf. La prestigiosa competición celebra un año más su Gran Final en el emblemático club sotogradino. César Fernández de Caleya se proclama ganador de la cita La Gran Final del Trofeo Rolex de Golf siempre viene acompañada de otro gran nombre a nivel de institución: Real Club Valderrama. El histórico trazado acogió un año más la cita desiva tras un nuevo calendario por toda España, con 10 preubas disputadas en algunos de los mejores campos del país. A lo largo de estas 10 etapas que forman el Trofeo Rolex de Golf 2019, los campeones, categoría hándicap y scratchs se reunieron para la final en el

Real Club Valderrama, para disputarse el gran premio: la asistencia a uno de los Majors patrocinados por Rolex.

La Comarca recibe al pelotón del Desafío Quirónsalud Pedaleando por la Inclusión El #DesafíoQuirónsalud 2019 Pedaleando por la Inclusión, organizado por el Grupo Quirónsalud y la Fundación A La Par para poner en valor a través del deporte la necesidad de una sociedad inclusiva y diversa, llegó finalmenteal Hospital Quirónsalud Campo de Gibraltar, desde donde partió seguidamente hacia Málaga (etapa final), realizando una parada previa en el Hospital Quirónsalud Marbella.

Durante una semana un equipo formado por cuatro empleados de Quirónsalud y cuatro personas con discapacidad intelectual de la Fundación está recorriendo en bicicleta varias provincias españolas en las que el grupo tiene uno o varios hospitales. Tras tomar la salida en el Centro de Protonterapia que Quirónsalud ha construido en Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), han pasado por Toledo, Alicante, Murcia, Córdoba, Sevilla, Algeciras (Hospital Quirónsalud Campo de Gibraltar) y Málaga (Marbella y capital), donde finalizarán el Desafío mañana domingo 20 de octubre.

El jugador del Real Club de Golf Sotogrande vence en la 102ª edición de la Copa Nacional Puerta de Hierro, celebrado en el Real Club de Golf El Prat

Enrique Marín gana la Copa Puerta de Hierro de Golf Manuel Gil Enrique Marín, jugador del Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, se proclamó ganador de la 102ª edición de la Copa Nacional Puerta de Hierro tras superar, en la gran final celebrada en el Real Club de Golf El Prat (Terrassa, Barcelona), al castellonense José Luis Ballester por 5/3 en una final disputada a 36 hoyos.

Enrique Marín, muy fino toda la semana, se sobrepuso a la calidad de su rival y a la abundante lluvia caída sobre Barcelona para anotarse la que hasta este momento es su victoria más de mayor prestigio. No en vano esta Copa Nacional Puerta de Hierro, puntuable para el R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking y para el Ranking Nacional Boy 2020, constituye una de las más importantes citas del calendario

golfístico masculino amateur español del año por su raigambre.

El duelo estuvo dominado por el andaluz desde primera hora, con una ventaja que llegó a ser de 5up alcanzado el hoyo 16.

De esta forma, a Ballester le tocaba arriesgar en los segundos 18 hoyos para forzar los nervios

de su rival. Pero no hubo forma, la ventaja apenas sí disminuyó en algunos momentos, pero nunca de manera significativa.

Al término de la final, Enrique Marín recibió la copa de ganador de manos del vencedor saliente, el jugador local Eduard Rousaud.

Enrique Marín wins Puerta de Hierro Golf Cup The player from Real Club de Golf Sotogrande won the 102nd edition of the Puerta de Hierro National Cup held at Real Club de Golf El Prat Enrique Marín, a player from Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, was crowned winner of the 102nd edition of the Puerta de Hierro National Cup, after beating, in the grand final held at Real Club de Golf El Prat (Terrassa, Barcelona), the Castellon player José Luis Ballester 5/3 in a final held over 36 holes.

Enrique Marín, in very good form all week, overcame the quality of his rival and the abundant rain that fell on Barcelona to earn what is his most prestigious victory to date. Not for nothing does the Puerta de Hierro National Cup, a qualifying event for the R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking and for the National Boy 2020 Ranking, constitute one of the most important events of the

year on the Spanish men´s amateur golf calendar due to its longstanding status.

The duel was dominated by the Andalusian player from the start, with an advantage that saw him 5up at the 16th hole.

Thus, Ballester had to take risks on the second 18 holes to force nerves from his rival.

But it was not to be, the lead dropped just a little at times, but never significantly.

At the end of the final, Enrique Marín received the winner´s cup from the outgoing winner, the local player Eduard Rousaud.

La victoria se la lleva el cuarteto Handicap 0, formado por: Lulu Pouroulis, Julia Chacón, María Ángeles Arráez y María Jesús López Cortijo

Manuel Gil Golf por todo alto, pero con elegancia y clase. Eso siempre. La XXV edición del tradicional Torneo de Golf Damas por equipos se llevó acabo, como es habi-

tual, en el Club de Golf Municipal La Cañada un otoño más.

Una cita marcada en rojo en el calendario por las amantes de este deporte, que en esta edi-

ción congregó hasta 27 equipos de cuatro jugadoras cada uno, y que tuvo un carácter solidario muy marcado al coincidir con la celebración del Día Mun-

dial por la lucha contra el Cáncer de mama (no era raro encontrar referencias a ello en los atuendos de las golfistas durante la cita).

Como siempre, mucha diversión, buen ambiente y golf del bueno a lo largo de mañana golfística. Un campo en excelentes condiciones que asumió la competición de alrededor de 200 golfistas, en pleno nivel alto. Tras la competición, tiempo para la diversión con la almuerzo en la Casa Club y la posterior ceremonia de entrega de premios a las participantes.

El equipo Handicap 0 resultó ganador de la prueba, un cuarteto de caras muy conocidas del golf local, formado por: Lulu

Pouroulis, María Jesús López Cortijo, Julia Chacón y María Ángeles Arráez. La segunda plaza la ocupó el combinado de Las Mariquita Pérez, formado por: Ana María Sánchez, Gloria Sancho, Lourdes Fernández y María Ortega. Las chicas Del Sur cerraron el podio, con el equipo formado por: Rosario Castaño, Josefa Vázquez, Ana Vega y María Dolores Fernández. Destacar también la victoria de Lulu Pouroulis en categoría Handicap y de Inmaculada González, en Scratch.

Women and Ladies of Golf • Once again this year, La Cañada Golf Club hosted the traditional Women´s Tournament in team format which was very successful with 27 participating teams. Victory went to the Handicap 0 team formed by: Lulu Pouroulis, Julia Chacón, María Ángeles Arráez and María Jesús López Cortijo Golf in style, but with elegance and class. Always. The 25th edition of the Women´s Golf Tournament in teams took place, as is customary, at La Cañada Municipal Golf Club once again this autumn.

An event marked in red on the calendar for those who love this sport, at this edition it brought together 27 teams each formed of four players, and it had a notable charitable character as it coincided with the celebration of the International Day against Breast Cancer (it wasn´t rare to find references to it in the clothing of the golfers during the ev ent).

As always, a lot of fun, good atmosphere and golf throughout the morning of golf. A

course in excellent conditions that witnessed the competition of around 200 golfers, at a very high level. After the competition, it was time for fun with the lunch at the Club House and subsequent awards ceremony for the par-

ticipants.

The Handicap 0 team won the event, a side of very well-known faces from local golf, formed by: Lulu Pouroulis, María Jesús López Cortijo, Julia Chacón and María Ángeles Arráez. Second place went to the Las Mariquita Pérez side, formed by: Ana María Sánchez, Gloria Sancho, Lourdes Fernández and María Ortega. The girls from Del Sur completed the podium with a team formed by: Rosario Castaño, Josefa Vázquez, Ana Vega and María Dolores Fernández. It is also worth highlighting the victory of Lulu Pouroulis in the Handicap Category and of Inmaculada González, in Scratch.
