Kids use props and hands-on activities to team up in “families” for a journey to Texas during this one-day camp. Find out what it takes to survive the hardships of earlier times and then recreate a homestead.

PLOGGING THE GREENWAY

Plogging means picking up trash while jogging, walking, biking, or boating.

Started in Sweden, it has since spread throughout Europe and into the United States, Mexico, and beyond. Help us celebrate National Clean Up Day by plogging on the trails at Pundt Park. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring work gloves.
