Here’s a look at the other HCCI developments that reach communities beyond Harlem:

Anthos - Macon, GA

This new development will provide 255 very low income studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. This project is developed in partnership with Exact Capital.

Atlanta, GA

Developed in partnership with Exact Capital, this new project will provide 250 units of housing.

Shadowood - Atlanta, GA

This affordable housing project includes Shadowood West (16 buildings with 48 units), and Hidden Lake 19 buildings with 124 units. This project is developed in partnership with Exact Capital.

Columbia, SC

HCCI is joining the Armada & Exact Development team to facilitate the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for this South Carolina based affordable housing development project. This newly proposed multi-family, workforce housing apartment project will consist of 240 garden style apartments including 60 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 144 two-bedroom/two-bath units, and 36 three-bedroom/two-bath units targeting Low Income and Workforce Housing tenants.
