State Budget Finalized Over the weekend and concluding late last night, the Legislature and Governor negotiated, agreed to and passed the remaining bills for necessary adoption of a final 2017-18 state budget. The budget agreement coalesced late last week and through the weekend. It followed the Legislature’s passage of “bare-bones” extender bills last week.
