Rule with PDGM Expected This Week HCA expects the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will post a final home health payment rule this week, including the Patient Driven Groupings Model (PDGM). Given the required 60-day period before implementation on January 1, the rule would ostensibly need to be posted by Friday. HCA will immediately notify the membership via e-mail alert of any news related to the rule or PDGM this week followed by our analysis to help you get ready for 2020.
