Council of State Home Care & Hospice Associations Convenes in National Policy Summit The Council of State Home Care and Hospice Associations met on September 11 and 12 in Washington for a health policy summit on critical issues and advocacy for home care. HCA to Submit Amicus Brief on Andryeyeva 24-Hour/Live-in Case HCA is submitting an amicus brief with LeadingAge New York to the Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court, in the Andryeyeva case. The brief is expected to be filed later today.
