2020 Proposed Rule Maintains PDGM With 8% Behavioral Adjustment Immediate, all-out advocacy needed! As announced in an alert last week to the membership, the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on Thursday, July 11, posted its highly anticipated proposed 2020 payment rule for home health. The proposal substantially leaves the Patient Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) intact from last year’s rule, including the so-called “behavioral-adjustment” cuts that have been a target of HCA and industry advocacy.
