WAGE PARITY

HCA is collaborating with the state Office for the Aging on a new effort to link area aging networks with provider “sepsis champions.”

New CMS Call Letter further outlines allowed “supplemental benefits,” including in-home supports, under Medicare Advantage (MA).

HCA’s budget memo provides key details on all of the provisions directly affecting home care, hospice and MLTC.

The new state budget includes a provision applying the wage parity law to NHTD/TBI, now in effect, beginning at the April 1 start of the fiscal year.
