HCA Continues to Advocate for Rate Stability, Program Protection and Mandate-relief as Legislature Preps One-House Budget Proposals The Senate and Assembly are expected to issue and act on their respective one-house budget proposals this week, potentially Wednesday, and may unveil these proposals as early as today, paving the way for final state budget negotiations. Meanwhile, the Legislature and Governor recently found themselves in different places regarding the state’s projected revenue, further complicating an agreement on the state’s fiscal plan.
