HCA AWARDS

INTEROPERABILITY

EP CHANGES

The State Court of Appeals is set tomorrow to hear a high-profile case concerning compensable hours for 24-hour home care.

Please nominate a stellar member of your staff or colleague for HCA’s Awards, which will be presented during our Annual Conference in May.

HCA is further examining a new CMS proposal requiring nocost patient access to electronic health information.

CMS has updated the state operations manual to clarify exemptions from required emergency preparedness drills when an agency has experienced a real emergency.
