A workers’ advocacy group has challenged DOL’s October emergency rule on “24-hour/ live-in” cases.

Your Action Urgently Needed as 3% Rural Add-on Now at Risk in Congress The home health rural add-on is at risk. HCA needs your action today to write Congress urging a straight extension of this 3 percent add-on before it expires on December 31.
