Update on Funding for Minimum Wage Increase HCA notifies DOH of practices contrary to its guidance As a follow up to the minimum wage funding guidance released by the state Department of Health (DOH), and reported in the October 31 edition of The Situation Report, HCA has reached out to members to learn the experiences they are having with implementation.
