SEPSIS WEBINAR
LAWTALK
Providers should begin seeing a restoration of the 2% across-the-board cut (for SFY 2014-15) in two upcoming cycles, on July 11 and 18.
MLTC enrollees will be subject to a plan enrollment lock-in, starting Dec. 1, as required by the state budget. The oneyear lock-in includes a 90day grace period.
Users of HCA’s sepsis screening tool should register now for a July 18 webinar outlining the data collection process.
The legal team at Jackson Lewis offers the next installment of its LawTalk series explaining the little-known requirement that termination letters are required by labor law when an employee leaves your organization.
