The state Department of Labor again extends the emergency rule codifying the 13-hour standard for compensable hours in 24-hour/live-in cases.

MedPAC’s annual report expresses concerns about the quality of postacute care providers, along with further analysis of its unified postacute payment system, as well as managed care and ACO findings.
