HCA Voices Support on CoP Delay Rule HCA has submitted comments in support of a proposed rule by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would delay the effective date for the implementation of changes to the Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for home health agencies from July 13, 2017 to January 13, 2018.
