House Passes ACA Repeal-Replace Bill Fate of measure uncertain in Senate The U.S House of Representatives last week rebooted efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA), voting 217 to 213 on a new bill that broadly reflects, with adjustments, many of the themes incorporated in a prior, stalled, repeal-and-replace attempt. HCA, Members Weigh-in at DOH Statistical Report Workgroup Meeting LHCSA member feedback sought On May 1, HCA participated in the first meeting of the state Department of Health’s (DOH’s) Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Statistical Report Workgroup. According to DOH, the goal of the workgroup is to “redesign and restructure the report to increase the timely and accurate submission of information by identifying areas of reporting that can be streamlined to increase compliance and accuracy in data reporting.” See REPORT p. 2
