Important DOH State Budget Implementation Advisories Rate presentation scheduled for Wednesday, plus more information on LHCSA moratorium, contracting limits, plan transfers, nursing-home carve-out, and other items The state Department of Health (DOH) has announced a special rate presentation for MLTCs this Wednesday, April 25, at the Empire State Plaza (meeting room 5) in Albany. The meeting agenda includes a morning session beginning at 10:30 a.m. for mainstream managed care organizations and Health and Recovery Plans. The afternoon is devoted to MLTC reimbursement, from about from 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. See BUDGET p. 3
