Senate, Assembly Stake One-House Budget Proposals MLTC Rate & Eligibility Changes, LHCSA Contracting, Infrastructure Funds, Telehealth and More As reported in an alert last week, each house of the State Legislature released its respective one-house budget bills and resolutions which together form the basis for each chamber’s positions relative to the Governor’s budget proposals. Conference committees have convened to reconcile the two houses’ positions, kicking off work (mostly behind the scenes) to create a more unified position by the Legislature. A health conference committee update is expected as soon as today. See BUDGET p. 3
