Legislative Budget Response Taking Shape; HCA Pressing Hard on Priority Issues HCA members: engage with your legislators now! In Washington Advocacy Effort, HCA Presses HHGM Corrections, F2F Relief Measure to Protect Home Care HCA President Joanne Cunningham joined peers nationwide on federal advocacy efforts in Washington last week, pushing for changes to a recently passed temporary spending measure that has major implications for home care.
