Bringing Home Care’s Message to Legislators this Week This week begins HCA’s first major grassroots advocacy drive to press for home care and Managed Long Term Care priorities in the state budget. Tonight, HCA is holding a Political Action Committee reception at our offices, and then gearing up for tomorrow’s HCA State Advocacy Day program, where the HCA Board and other member leaders will meet with state officials and legislators representing their districts. QIVAPP Monies Distributed HCA has confirmed with the state Department of Health (DOH) that MLTC plans received funding for the Quality Incentive Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) in their payment cycle 2053 on January 11, 2017. See QIVAPP p. 4
