HCA, DOH Meet on Immediate Need for Home Care Funding On December 8, HCA and other provider associations met with the state Department of Health (DOH) to discuss the urgent need for financial support to meet new costs under overtime, travel, 24-hour live-in cases, wage parity, Workers Compensation and other labor-related expenses.
