HCA bill to limit impact of CHHA EPS rebasing passes both houses HCA advocacy on home care priorities continues full steam as the State Legislature works to finalize its 2015 Session. In the most recent development as of ASAP press time, an HCA-written bill to limit the impact of CHHA Episodic Payment System rebasing unanimously passed the Assembly after passing the Senate earlier in the week.
