HCA Unveils New Website, Digital Advocacy Platform at HCA Annual Conference Welcome to HCA’s new and improved website: www.hcanys.org. At our Annual Conference this week, HCA President Joanne Cunningham unveiled HCA’s new and improved website, along with other digital tools that HCA is offering to make our organization stronger, including our partnership with Phone2Action, an online advocacy platform.
