Together Everyone Achieves More The Foster Care Navigator Program is a support service program dedicated to prospective and current foster parents as well as child placing agencies with the goal of recruiting, retaining and empowering great people to become foster parents through mentorship, resource development, referral and education. Our staff of trained Navigators are a team of experienced foster parents who have years of experience working with various agencies and families. Additionally, as they have gone through worker certification training, the navigators are aware of the needs and demands of the children, families, agencies and workers.
