Introduction to the internal training programme This programme will guide you through your first couple of months and focuses on the principles of accounting and Hazlewoods systems. We aim to provide you with a solid understanding of the best practice approaches and enhance your knowledge. The in-house training will help improve your effectiveness and gain skills that you can immediately put into practice.
TRAINING DAYS
You will find details on each course through this booklet. We ask that you sit down with your manager on day one and decide together which of the courses will benefit you. Some days will be compulsory to complete, so attendance is mandatory, whilst other courses are team specific. If the course is compulsory, it will state this on the details page and you will receive a calendar invite from Training which you must accept. You will also be invited from Training to team specific sessions. Please discuss with your manager whether you should attend, then either accept or decline the appointment. The Professional Business Writing workshops will run over multiple days due to the number of delegates. You will only need to attend one session.
