What we do

Hazlewoods is a long-established accounting and business advisory practice based in Gloucestershire, which has grown into a top 30 UK firm. We advise businesses on a national basis and have a long-standing reputation for quality, innovative solutions and service.

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, AIM transactions, disposals and financing work. Our knowledge and experience allows us to fully understand our clients’ needs and to advise accordingly.

We have 26 partners and over 350 staff, including: 144 qualified accountants > 45 tax specialists > 98 trainees > 15 Partners who trained at Hazlewoods > 77 members of staff with over 10 years of service > Corporate Finance team comprising 33 members of staff

Our Corporate Finance team includes individuals who, in addition to being fully qualified accountants, have received CF accreditation, a corporate finance qualification endorsed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
