Bristol, a dynamic city in the South West of England, combines rich maritime history with a modern, creative vibe. Famous for its historic harbourside and iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, the city offers stunning architecture alongside vibrant cultural attractions. The regenerated waterfront is packed with restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, while the city centre boasts excellent shopping and dining options. Bristol is also a hub for arts and music, home to renowned theatres, galleries, and a thriving street art scene led by Banksy. With easy access to the beautiful countryside of Somerset and the Cotswolds, plus a strong sporting presence and lively nightlife, Bristol is an exciting destination for students and apprentices alike.

Bristol’s main station, Temple Meads, is wellconnected for regional and national destinations with frequent trains to Paddington, Gatwick Airport, Portsmouth and Bath.
Bristol was the UK’s first cycling city and is a hub of Britain’s National Cycle Network.
here are many cycle routes in place across the city. ‘Cycle the City’ offers bike hire.
It is easy to get around Bristol by bus. First Bus and Metrobus serve the city centre and greater Bristol area.

Electric scooters are a common sight around the city; many are rented via the governmentbacked Dott. You will need to download the Dott app to use them.
