Spring 2020
The Festival of Drama and Dance encompassed all aspects of performing arts into a packed week of fun. The children had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of workshops, visits and activities including Forest School sessions dedicated to storytelling, shadow puppet workshops, an all day danceathon, boys’ and girls’ dance sessions, dressing up and dancing based around Hinduism and an exciting Rio Carnival workshop. The highlight for many was our Pre-Prep Mad Hatter’s tea party where the children came to school in their best Alice in Wonderland attire. We hope that our pupils enjoyed the festival and have developed a greater passion for the arts.

...and the Pre-Prep dressed in fluffy onesies to raise money and awareness for the Australian Bushfire Emergency Appeal.

An Easter Eggstravaganza Day!
The Pre-Prep took part in lots of Easter-themed activities including egg hunts in Forest School. Mr White visited to judge the egg decorating competition which had lots of imaginative entries!
The Spring Pre-Prep Concert
Esmé won a Police and Crime Comissioners Award BBC Points West visited Year 2 to interview Esmé about her award and 2D even had the opportunity to look inside a police car!
