LOCAL RESIDENT LETTER

September 2023

Thanks to those of you that could make the meeting on 6th September. Please see update below on the discussions. We let you know in May that the project would be paused until the government issues clarity on the new fire regulations for tall buildings (for second staircases). We’ve been advised that this decision is expected by the end 2023. We will continue to keep you updated as we make progress. In the meantime, please do get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. Contact details are on the back of this flyer.

Further notes

Following on from the Garden catch up in August, all remedial work has been completed.

If you would like to join the garden group, please let Paul Dwyer know

A message has been sent out to the Garden group to remind people that the garden code should only be given out by Paul so he can keep a record of all users and give information on the garden

The garden is for residents of Cotleigh Road, Stockland Road and Honiton Road, it is also used by residents that lived on the Waterloo Estate, that all have the right to return.
