We are a purpose built youth and community centre in Harold Hill which opened to the public in June 2012. We serve the community by providing a welcoming and friendly space hosting many different activities for all ages ranging from dance, drama, arts, education to fitness and special needs sessions. We are also home to Havering Youth Service who provide varied sessions for young people. In addition to this we have several rooms which are available for members of the public to hire including a fantastic Performance Hall, Counselling Rooms and even a Music Room!

Havering Youth Service

Havering Youth Service works with young people across the borough offering a range of projects that aim to support young people in their life development.

These projects include: youth clubs, one-to-one support, providing information and advice services, outreach projects, working with those with additional needs, promoting the voice and positive image of young people,facilitating accreditation programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and working with a range of partners in developing young people’s skills and assets.

About myplace

Over 60 myplace centres were built between 2008 and 2013 to serve disadvantaged communities throughout the country. Myplace Harold Hill opened in June 2012 with the aim of helping young people to become happy, independent, mature citizens and responsible members of their community. It is an award winning eco friendly building situated in the heart of the community. We are fully wheelchair accessible and have 2 disabled parking spaces available.
