A one story structure will provide a more open and airy space, like pavilions however the space restriction will make this impractical

I have decided to make some of the anglen less extreme as it would have taken up too much of the limited space

Spiral stair case are space efficient and the compact form factor along with the exposed nuts and bolt gives it an industrial look

I have Decided to use the Panton Chair as it displays the advantages of the industrial process of injection moulding.
