Located in Riyadh's Al Olaya district, Kingdom Centre is one of Saudi Arabia's most recognised mixed-use landmarks. Havelock One delivered an extensive 30,000 sqm renovation of the mall's public area, a redesigned central atrium, upgraded circulation, refreshed shopfronts and a renewed tower lobby, in collaboration with Gabellini Sheppard Associates, P&T Group and JLL.

360 Mall in Al Zahra is one of Kuwait's most established retail and lifestyle destinations, owned by Tamdeen Group. Havelock One has been appointed to deliver a four-phase interior renovation, reimagining the mall with a refined, hospitality-inspired identity developed with creative studio WEFT, described as bringing a “hotel lobby” sensibility to the mall environment.

The Avenues Riyadh is a 1.8 million sqm mixed-use development in the Saudi capital. It's one of Havelock One's largest current manufacturing rollouts. Our in-house factory is producing fit-out packages for 45+ stores, with fit-out contracts already secured for three flagship tenants, and further opportunities, including a major F&B anchor, in active pursuit.
