2023 YEAR IN REVIEW
etter
FROM THE CEO
As we reflect back on 2023, we can’t help but be reminded of the path that it took to get here. Twenty years ago, Hausmann Construction started as a dream in a basement with only a handful of employees who had grit and determination to build the best. Today, Hausmann employs over 350 people across six offices throughout the Midwest, and the same grit and determination that completed the first project in 2003 is still evident today. The incredible growth Hausmann has achieved over the past twenty years can be largely attributed to the exceptional quality of our team. Their humility, expertise, and genuine dedication to their work are evident in the high caliber of projects we consistently deliver, fostering continued trust with many of our clients. This commitment extends beyond our professional endeavors, as seen in the substantial time and resources devoted to giving back to the communities we call home throughout the year. Building and planning for our future means that we must train and prepare those who will be leading us into that future. Hausmann’s internship program has been, and will continue to be, a vital component of the future of the company. The ability to give young professionals hands-on training that correlates to their studies not only improves their knowledge but also makes them a more valuable team member when they complete their schooling and start their careers. The commitment and passion of all our team members is what makes the Hausmann name stand out and will bolster us into a successful future. As I personally reflect on what has been accomplished this past year, I hope you see the amount of commitment and hard work that has been put forth. I am grateful for our employees who go the extra mile to make it all happen, as well as the clients who have entrusted us to help them build their future. This hard work and dedication has carried us through the last twenty years and will continue to carry us for another 20 years of “Building the Best.”
With Appreciation,
Joey Hausmann, CEO

The Rebecca Lyn Hausmann Foundation originated from the heartfelt wish of a mother who played a pivotal role in Hausmann Construction. Rebecca’s spirit has been woven into the very fabric of Hausmann’s inception 20 years ago. Through her lasting legacy, we remain committed to giving back in her honor. Rebecca’s wish was to give other mothers the support and care she received from family and friends through her cancer journey. A cancer diagnosis is a life-changing event, and treatments can add weight to an already heavy burden. With the donations we receive, we are able to fulfill Rebecca’s wish that others would experience the compassionate relationship and kind offerings that encouraged her when she needed it the most. These financial gifts to patients and their families alleviate financial concerns and offer hope to families who desperately need it, especially during the holiday season. Thank you for helping us keep Rebecca’s legacy alive through your kindness and giving. JTH
