TOGETHER Celebrating the best comunity mural ever

2020

was a hard year.

Across our great nation and throughout the world there was disruption, pain, suffering, fear, and violence.

But in Hatfield,

the community came together.

Stronger.

Together.

And out of the ashes of those difficult times emerged a mural.

A mural that represents our diverse community, in which 1 out of every 5 residents is foreign-born.

A mural that says we are all Hatfield. Together.

When we needed a laugh during the pandemic, we had the Moose Family (thank you Lou!) on Orvilla Road to keep our spirits up (Sorry Churro, the painting started before you were born).

Thank you to our volunteer resident, Tina Sowicz, for her vision, inspiration, and leadership for the mural.

Thank you to the Hatfield Board of Commissioners for working together to support this project.

Thank you to North Penn Health, Hospital, and Education Authority for providing 100% of the funding for this project.
