Ha r w o o d Int e r n at i o n a l h a s continued its commitment to elevating Dallas’ skyline with a groundbreaking ceremony of HARWOOD No. 10. CEO Gabriel Barbier-Mueller stood in front of a crowd to toast to the 226,778 RSF building located at 2850 N. Harwood in the HARWOOD District.
The tower will be the first designed and constructed completely by the in-house team. HDF designed the building, HCMS is leading construction and SPHINX is the general contractor onsite. The ground level of the building will feature over 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space
