The IMPACT program is designed for high school sophomores and juniors in the Hartselle area. Each class is made up of 50+ youth from public, private and homeschool settings all throughout Morgan County. IMPACT is a development program designed to prepare high school students to become leaders in their school and community. The group meets one day a month for five months, from January to May. Each month is a different session highlighting the foundations of a strong community, including a government and advocacy-themed trip to Montgomery.
