THE PROJECT: Elementary school designed for a small village. Maintaining the Builders signature classical style, an eclectic mix of corbels, cornices, external columns, façade artwork and authentic arcade made the structure exclusive yet simple. Steep contours allowed first floor to open to playground higher than the other school ground which were externally connected with landscaped steps.

SCOPE OF WORK: Worked on all phases of development from evolving a concept and schematics to design development to production of construction drawings and documents. Conducted site review along with the lead architect. Involved in coordination with external teams

THE PROJECT: An exclusive, aesthetically pleasing, multipurpose office catering to the client’s personal and professional needs. Eclectic mix proposed as per client needspersonal study, conference room, private luxurious cabin.

SCOPE OF WORK: Established set of execution drawings for an interior site including electrical, HVAC and furniture detail drawings. Oversaw execution on interior sites and delivered all important details to address site challenges and avoid any delays.

Main Cabin

Vertical wooden battens and wooden flooring used in color scheme of white and brown depicting warmth and elegance

Conference Room

Designed with carpet flooring and thick curtains, dim lighting and two big projector screens, to exude sophistication

Reception Lobby

Touch of glamour with the use of mdf, laser cut in traditional pattern with a mix of dark veneer, warm lighting and wall shades

THE PROJECT: Planning 6 residential flats for joint family members on clean floor plate in an upcoming building was quite a challenge. Out of which two adjoining apartments for son and his parents were of modem contemporary style with a varied materials used in different rooms
