The project aims to create a working environment that not only is productive and inspiring, but also improves the wellbeing of employees. The brief was to design an office campus for an IT-based company which is trying to expand in emerging software hubs around India. Located in Mihan Software Hub in Nagpur, the site is a 10,300 sq.m. plot accessible via roads on the South and East. Focussing on health and wellbeing, the design blurs the boundaries between the landscape and the interior spaces with outdoor terraces and generous amenities that embrace new ways of working and collaboration. The focus has been on creating a rich experience throughout the building while enhancing the connections with the surrounding landscape and flooding the building with natural light.

BREAKING THE M A SS Creating cantilevered terraces making the built form and elevations interesting than a conventional rectangular block.

CREATING STAGGERED TERR ACES Outdoor terraces are created on North-West merging the built form with landscape. These terraces become breakout spaces on each floor.

CREATING SOUTH FACADE Protecting the southern face of the building from heat and glare by creating a facade. Placing skylight over atrium providing natural light to the interior spaces thus reducing the need for artificial lighting.
