Dear Harry Norman Sales Associates and Staff, Colin Powell once said, “There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” As the top associates of Harry Norman, REALTORS®, I know that none of you are strangers to hard work and preparation. It is because of your perseverance and strong work ethic that you are sitting in this room right now. To say that I am proud of you is an understatement. You all are an inspiration to me, each and every day.

The past few years in real estate have, without a doubt, been a trying time for all of us. The individuals that are sitting in this room are not sitting here out of luck – you are sitting here because despite these challenges, you decided to work harder. Instead of giving up, you built stronger relationships. Instead of throwing in the towel, you made the conscious decision to become better at your profession. And now here you are, the best in the business.

I hope that all of you will take a moment to reflect on your accomplishments and truly celebrate with one another. As Mike Staver, the guest speaker at our 2014 Annual Kickoff Meeting stated, “Celebration builds momentum.”
