Augmented Viewing:

Technically, the platform’s superior VR video interface offers many cuttingedge features. To enhance the viewing experience with precision, we offer the enlarged highlight box (occurs when a visitor approaches the piece) with appropriate artwork info, as well as a magnified zoom for greater inspection capability, 3D video viewing, and narrative audio content.

Interactive Spaces:

Searching the galleries is intuitive, requiring only a mouse or arrow keys to navigate the online viewing rooms on desktop or touchscreen. It invites visitors to step inside the interactive 3D spaces – which are accessible by desktop computers, tablets, or cell phones, round the clock.

Visitors are able to zoom in and experience artworks in highdefinition, effectively adapting the live gallery experience with 24/7 access. When an artwork is selected, options to contact the artist/gallery are shown. Calls to action are embedded within the Virtual experience without pulling focus from the artwork.

THE HFAS VIRTUAL ARTS DISTRICT OPENS MAY 1, 2024.

Standard Virtual Spaces include up to (20) flat artworks, including paintings, drawings, photos, and prints.

All images must fit the appropriate file size and resolution requirements. The flat artworks will have framing options available.

You will be assigned a unique creator link and detailed instructions and customer support to design your booth.

Our Virtual Arts District and exhibition space is accessible on HFAS website as well as within the Online Viewing Room mobile app.

All Exhibitors are required to submit a registration form. You may use the button below or copy and paste the following address:

There is no cost to apply to join HFAS.

Once you receive notification that your participation is confirmed, a $1,000.00 non-refundable booth fee will be required to secure your space. (Contact Porcia Gardner for payment guidelines)

As part of the agreement, all exhibitors will be asked to promote their acceptance and appearance as participating exhibitors on all social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or YouTube, at least once a week once their participation is confirmed.

We also ask all exhibitors to post two weekly social media posts leading up to the event and the duration of the event on (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter). All posts must tag HFAS on IG, Twitter, and Facebook with #HFAS and/or #HARLEMFINEARTS and/or #BUYBLACKART.
