2010-2019 OUR HISTORY

THE HARLEM FINE ARTS SHOW (HFAS) CELEBRATES ITS 16TH ANNIVERSARY AS THE LARGEST TRAVELING AFRICAN DIASPORIC ART SHOW IN THE UNITED STATES.

Inspired by the Harlem Renaissance, HFAS provides a platform for African Diasporic Artists and American Visual Artists to educate, inspire, exhibit and sell their works. Since 2009, the HFAS and Dion Clarke have championed the story and voices of Black Artists from across the globe. Starting in the basement of Riverside Church with 100 attendees, the HFAS has grown to over 10,000 attendees and moved downtown to the center of the art world to the Glasshouse.

In 2023, HFAS celebrated its 15th Anniversary Celebration at the Glasshouse, ushering in a new era for our flagship event in the heart of Manhattan during Black History Month, and amplifying the voices of Artists from the African Diaspora to a global audience.
