銷業已在大 馬立足數十 載，為來自 各階層的消 費者帶來各種創新和有趣的產 品系列。如今，該行業在馬來 西亞已創下靚麗的表現，無論 是會員和銷售額都實現了躍進 式增長。僅2019年，大馬直 銷業就實現了215.4億令吉的 銷售額，超過了185億令吉的 目標。 談到馬來西亞直銷業的吸引 力，拿督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚 解釋說:“在過去的20年裡，這 個行業本身發展良好，即使未 有太多政府的幫助和干預。” 他補充說，“馬來西亞直銷 行業的卓越成長表現也可歸功 於工業4.0的發展，以及採用數 碼渠道營銷有關行業的產品。 他說:“相較於傳統渠道，例如 2

隨着COVID-19大流行對全 國和區域的企業造成不利的 影響，許多國人已開始轉投 直銷行業，以獲得替代收入 來源。銷行業不斷地自我創 新，以迎合市場需求。考慮 到更多的消費者正在勒緊褲 腰帶，以在大流行期間節省

開支，MDTCA的保守預測 顯示，2020年馬來西亞直銷 銷售額將比2019年增長10至 20%。 MDTCA更激進的預測顯 示，在大流行期間，為了方便 和安全，消費者趨向選擇在線 購物平台，更多直銷公司積極 接觸客戶，並通過線上平台達 成銷售。 整體而言，馬來西亞的直銷 表現數據顯示，2016年至2019 年期間的直銷業銷售額呈上升 趨勢，從2018年的179.3億令 吉增加至2019年的215.4億令 吉，增幅為20%。 此外，馬來西亞的直銷業 績被WFDSA評為全球排名 第7和亞太排名第4。基於這 些成就，MDTCA樂觀地認 為，2020 年直銷業銷售額將可 超越200億令吉的目標。

直銷行業的未來前景

談及大馬直銷業的未來前景， 拿督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚表 示，該行業在2021年將繼續 保持韌性，或甚至超越我國 其他國內貿易領域。MDTCA 設定的2021年直銷銷售目標 為231.1億令吉，而2020年 為200億令吉。 政府已撥款7,500萬令 吉–促進零工經濟，並通過 PENJANA經濟復甦計劃為零 工工人提供社會安全網。最 近，首相推出了馬來西亞數字 經濟藍圖，希望馬來西亞的零 工，涵蓋直銷行業下的大多數 人士能在這些舉措下受惠，並 取得更好的表現。 提及MDTCA承諾繼續支持 該我國直銷業，並與DSAM合 作時，他強調說:“我們希望 能夠給予任何可能的方式的援 助。協會可以隨時前來與我們 討論政府和部門在哪些方面可 實際幫助他們前進。我們也期 待這類對話。” 他補充說，該部願意與 DSAM合作解決協會面臨的 困難，該部希望更了解這些 問題。 在支援直銷行發展方面，拿 督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚表示， 該部門一直積極推動和支持該 行業的努力。他解釋說，“我 們喜歡該行業所提供的創新 和多樣性。我們將負責質量控 制，以及其他部門的要求。” 他進一步表示，到目前為 止，行業參與者都非常願意遵 守法規，也給予合作。 MDTCA不僅期望大馬直銷 公司的數量增加，也期望直銷

打擊贗品

直銷行業和產品受1993年 《直銷和反金字塔計劃法》的 監管，但是，電子商務平台上 卻仍出現未經授權的直銷產品 銷售活動。 拿督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚分 享本身對這個問題的看法，他 解釋說:“MDTCA不僅在這個 行業，而且在整個國內商业領 域都積極打擊贗品。我們需要 來自產品擁有者的合作，積極 檢查在尤其是社交媒體平台或 線上平台的銷售活動，因為這 些是贗品流通的地方。” 他補充道，“我們需要來自 經銷商、消費者和行業參與者 的援助，如果您發現任何可疑 的贗品，請即時通知我們。我 們將進行必要的檢查，並採取 行動。在打擊贗品方面，我們 絕不妥協，因為這也是我們國 家議程的一部分。” 他強調，“我們也在國 際層面上致力打擊任何形式 的贗品，因為我們尊重知識 產權。”

直銷領域大藍圖 2.0

配合第12大馬計劃(12MP)， MDTCA已採取措施草擬直銷 領域大藍圖2.0。拿督斯里哈 芝哈斯諾讚讚表示，“就框架 和我們要推介的要點而言，該 大藍圖目前已經相當完善，但 是，我們需要讓更多人參與，

以確保大藍圖符合當前的趨 勢，並確保涵蓋方方面面。” MDTCA正在改進大藍圖中 的指導方針，並呼籲行業參與 者提供更多意見。該部正在努 力尋找“經商便利”的方法， 以消除當前執行和法令所帶來 的障礙。 拿督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚指 出，該部已將直銷公司的許可 期限從1至2年延長到3至5年， 前提是這些公司能夠證明有良 好的業績記錄，且不違反任 何法律法規。他表示，“我認 為，我們應該通過允許更長的 許可期限來建立信心。” 根據收到的反饋，拿督斯里 哈芝哈斯諾讚讚認為，延長許 可期限可以幫助業者獲得更穩 定的融資，以擴展和研發他們 的產品和網絡。

樂觀的前景

拿督斯里哈芝哈斯諾讚讚對大 馬人表示，要相信這是一個成 熟的行業，因為它已擁有足以 發揮作用的後勤和所有必要的 框架。“我個人鼓勵更多的大 馬人進入這個行業，但當然， 你必須向正確的協會和正確的 人進行學習，才是正確的。” 他解釋說，此時是一個大好 的探索時機，尤其是在大流行 這段期間，失去工作，需要額 外收入來維持生活。 他補充道:“這個行業已驗 證了自己——為國家和參與這 個行業的大馬人帶來了很多好 處。大家對這個行業的進一步 擴張和發展不必抱有太多存 疑，因為它提供了收入機會， 也創造了就業機會。”
