From the 4-10 March, it is Update Your Will Week 2024. A campaign to raise awareness on the importance of reviewing, updating, and having a Will in place. HE will be taking part in this awareness week to promote our Wills & Probate services - as nearly half of adults in the UK do not have a Will!
As we also did last year, in March we will be taking part in National Conveyancing Week 2024. Up and down the country, law firms will be taking part in a series of events over the course of the week to educate and inform all those involved in the home-moving process about the often complex role of the lawyer helping people move home. As part of the awareness week, we will be hosting a Coffee Morning, in aid of our chosen charity of the year, inviting and engaging with a wide range of estate agents we regularly work with.
Covid Inquiry
Module 2b of the Covid Inquiry started in Cardiff in Februarylooking at the decisions made in Wales throughout the pandemic. Harding Evans represent the Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Cymru and hope that over the next couple of weeks, they are afforded the candid answers that they deserve.
We also had ITV Wales visit Queens Chambers in February to film for their political programme Sharp End.
Craig Court, Partner and Head of the Public Law & Private Litigation team also spoke with Claire Summers on BBC Radio Wales Drive following the opening day of Module 2b.
Module 2b examines the decision making of key groups and individuals within the government in Wales, including the First Minister and other Welsh Ministers. The public hearings into this module are taking place until March 14.

In February it was Random Acts of Kindness Day and to celebrate we asked #TeamHE to nominate someone in the firm who had shown them an act of kindness recently.
