Kim Coyle

Originally from Auckland, I moved to Huntly five years ago to start a new lifestyle for me and my young family. Together with my husband Quinn, I bought my first home in the rural outskirts of Huntly, adopted an energetic husky named Skye and eventually welcomed two beautiful children. I love spending time with my family and am looking forward to introducing my children to my love of snowboarding and camping. Having bought my home through Harcourts Riverlands, I gained an in-depth knowledge of the sales process from a buyer’s perspective and an appetite for real estate work in general. I completed my sales consultant licence and joined the team in the Ngaruawahia office, bringing with me years of retail experience and a love of helping people. I’m very people focussed and will help my clients on their journey to success, making the buying and selling process that much easier. To me, a home is more than a house. It is a place to make memories, a place for dreams to come home and I will help my clients achieve that first step.

Meg Daly

Meg Daly

I’m Meg Daly. I was born in Dubin, Ireland and emigrated to New Zealand at the height of David Lange’s reign in 1986 to take up employment as a Children’s Occupational Therapist at the Child Development Centre at Waikato Hospital. Over the years since then I worked in many different areas working with physically and intellectually disabled children and adults and the elders of our community as well as setting up a private company to contract to ACC to support those who have serious life changing injuries like spinal paralysis as the result of an accident. After 20 years I changed my focus entirely in 2006 buying a midlife crisis lifestyle block in Te Kowhai and setting up a commercial bakery in the back garden. For 12 years I baked Celtic treats which I sold in the Hamilton, Cambridge and Te Awamutu Farmers’ markets. I also grew organic passionfruit for the markets and qualified as an Organic Horticulturalist. I was like an Ever-Ready battery! And now at the age of 60 something and in yet another career turn-about, I have embraced the world of Real Estate with Harcourts Riverlands, Ngaruawahia. A wise teacher once said that experiences, good and bad, bring wisdom and hopefully, my varied work and life experiences have rubbed off a wee bit of common sense along the way! My chosen focus for 2022 is bringing first time buyers looking for affordable older style housing into the market. Ngaruawahia is my closest town and seemed a natural fit when it came to choosing a community to work in. Harcourts being a long established New Zealand company, was an obvious choice for me to work in too. I’d like to assure you that during the past 35+ years I have assimilated almost entirely into the New Zealand way even to the point of supporting the All Blacks over Ireland. Now that is serious committment to an adopted country. I am in my second year of learning te reo Maori which has for me, opened up a treasure of whaktauki (wise proverbs) and precious stories and last but not least I finally understand what “Ladies, a plate and men, a slab” actually means. Nga mihinui and thank you for taking time to get to know me. Tangohia te wero. Take up the challenge.
